Metal Shear Blade sharpening

This video demonstrates our metal shear blade sharpening service. It shows how we sharpen two sheet metal Guillotine Shear Blades at 3 meters each on our work-floor. During this video we show all steps of shear blade grinding: sharpening both flat surfaces and edges of the blades, checking sharpness and parallelity after the grinding, demagnetizing, and packing the blades for the return service.
We offer collection and return services for our metal shear blade sharpening and grinding.

Hello, as all our machines have electro-magnetic chucks we have to De-Magnetise the ground components every time after sharpening.

two things come to mind, how much does a service like that cost and that sharpening machine must be all custom right? I always think, who makes a machine to do somthing so special like that?

Hello, yes the dimensions are the same. Each guillotine blade is 3 m length.
