Now that i know i can remove the curse thats the first thing i will be doing. I'm not as brave as you guys, don't wanna see any creepy Michel Myers staring at me.
Once it's no longer haunted, it's a really nice house! And I really like how that pale yellow and peach turned out. Grave in the backyard? If I was a house buyer that would be a deal breaker. I don't care how nice the house is, but that's me. I'm a huge animal lover and volunteered as a vet assistant for almost 5 years. I can't tell you how many cats and dogs I've had over the years. Personally, I've always treated them like they're my children, and I find that they give back that love. Not just to me, but also to each other. People who visit my home comment on how surprised they are that my cats are so loyal to me; nobody seems to comment about the dogs being that way. But they do notice how well the dogs and cats get along with each other.
Cats get such a bad rap by people who don’t understand how loving they can be! Saaaaame about the grave in the backyard. I don’t think I could even live next to a cemetery to be honest - it would just make me a little uneasy.
I totally agree with your philosophy about pets. I've tried to be the boss in many situations and it didn't work well with Bella. 🐶 I prefer to feel her like a part of the family and I want her to fell the same way. And it pays back with much more love. Sometimes she is very mischievous because whe is not very well disciplined but hey, this is what makes life interesting and unpredictable. And the best feeling in the world is when she comes to me, lays down on my chest and falls asleep, it's an irreplaceable moment of love 💛

I don't know where you are with the reno, but a nationwide chain of paint (and related) stores here in NZ has an app that let's you scan a room, and then use the range of colours available to see how it might look.
Maybe there might be something similar for you. Would save lots of time / money / stress.
