It's saddening how the Left somewhat successfully pushes and has popularized the cops are evil moniker and how easily manipulated people's minds can be. I myself much admire the dedication police officers give in executing their duties day in and day out.
Cops have always done that. Hell, a lot of police departments started out as slave patrols, hunting down runaway slaves. The same sort of people become cops today.
