Unfortunately, the best way to create a dashboard for your Smartsheet is to export the data and make a beautiful, interactive dashboard in another program like Power BI or Tableau, and then insert it as a widget. Smartsheet's dashboard options look like something you would make in an "Intro To Report Making" class in high school.
Dynamically changing reports as a result of Collaboration is what matters in the Project Management. That's easy to view and understand for the clients as well. Else you can create a beautiful report in MS Paint as well.
