- Hey guys been a min …had a kid reach out to me about doing her hair for prom ….her name is shakirah and she wanted to look fresh for her upcoming prom…well as you guys know I do this service for free for kids ..so when she asked me the price to come to her, she was surprised I offered it for free …I know this is a special event in most peoples lives, so I wanted to make sure she felt great about her hair ….now I did tell her I would have to cut the center to make the unit hold properly but she really wanted to keep her locs she had …i really had no idea how to do that with bulky locs …so I thought some more about it and I completely understood why she wanted to keep them ..because she can simply wear a hat or head covering and her locs will hang and no one will even recognize she has this alopecia condition….so I had to do something different to make this work ….it came out better than I thought and she loved loved loved it 😍 couldn’t stop smiling ☺️ ….also had a great conversation with her and her gf …they are so mature for their age so loveable, intelligent and super funny …loved hanging out with them before their prom night ….hope you guys enjoy the video ❤️❤️ more to come

True. Indoctrination, factory worker style system, with tons of two-party puppet circus bully double-standards dictatorshittttt political system pushed in, and over exhaustion included. Test taking addiction. Should be like Finland instead, where you start school at like 9, and test taking is at 17. They have the highest literacy rate in the world, very happy people, and one of the very best economies. No debunked religion or debunked material atheism pushed in schools either, I'd hope. Hopefully more vegan too. :3
In the south, old folks used to say that certain people had “healing hands”. When I see your work this moniker is what comes to mind. By doing what you do….the way you do it “heals” people’s self esteem…their pride and confidence. That is truly a singular gift. May you continue to thrive as I know you will.

Gifted doesn't even describe what you are. To give ppl the chance to have a full head of hair, is beyond a blessing. Any style at that. One day we are going to cross paths. I don't suffer from alopecia, I am bald on top but can grow hair all around my head. If you weren't so far I would have already came to see you. Keep up the great work Mickey. Wow what a labor of love, absolutely beautiful. When I was a teenager I had brain surgery, and the medical people were going to shave my whole head, I asked that they leave any hair they could, and they did. It meant so much to me that they went to the trouble, I've never forgotten that kindness my whole life (I'm 41 now) -- this made me think of it all over again, I'm sure you made an impression on this young person that will not be forgotten, what a gift you gave.

You are courageous for flying what appears to be a red eye to this beautiful client and even working with her hair in a way that was new to you (in the video, as you twisted her locs, you say you didn't know what you were doing) and still killed it! That is someone special--to take on something new with such grace and confidence. The world needs more people like you :)

Mickey you've done it again! You should definitely do this each year for kids/teenagers for prom time. Have your supplier sponsor your hair units and possibly travel and get these kids transformed. have them send in their stories/pictures to your inbox or a link to a website just for this event each year and select a few teens. This is amazing and I love to see you giving back and that lets me know you are truly doing thngs from your heart to better the lives of others and not just for profit/self gain. GOD BLESS YOU!!!
