Saffron Panna Cotta
This is my first Panna Cotta recipe, and I am so proud of it!
The smooth and silky texture of the Panna Cotta goes so well with toppings of sweet honey, light cream, crunchy pistachios and tangy pomegranate seeds. Not only that, but I also added Saffron for extra luxury!
My fussy partner ate two, and he's allegedly on a diet haha!

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE PANNA COTTA
* 150ml Milk
* 600ml Heavy Cream
* 60g Caster Sugar
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
* A Pinch of Saffron Threads
* 4 Gelatine Leaves
FOR THE TOPPING
* Honey
* Pistachios
* Pomegranate Seeds
4 - 5 short glasses
