- Fateseal.dec. Manipulating opponents top-decks with lantern control, while rigging our own top-deck for citadel value allows us to dominate the flow the game. This Circu control list uses mill to ruin our opponents draws and combo to kill the table when we're comfortable that they've suffered enough.

Just tested it. This is freaking brutal and likely will put you as the target after the first game. O_O
I was going to correct you on the targeting of Circu's ability, but they changed the oracle text :/ It used to target libraries, making it a uniquely unstoppable ability. A shame they ruined that feature.
EDIT: Narset will not be banned by the rules committee. Leovold was banned because you always had access to him in the general zone. If I'm wrong I'll eat crow, but I'm confident that if they didn't have a problem with notion thief, they won't have a problem with Narset.

Dope video. Clear voice+. Enunciation+. Card groups+. Sufficient explanation of interactions and potential +. A little out of my price range, though. So not perfect for me.
gravecrawler sacrifice combos also are great with this commander.
Psychic Spiral would also be good as utility to reset your graveyard back into your deck but also can be a big mill bomb to an opponent.
Great deck tech. List looks fun and Lantern Control is unique in EDH. One question, what is that song that plays in the beginning and throughout the video? I really love it and can't find it anywhere.

Self target with Chain of Smog for ez 1 card combo to exile everyone's library with circu in play
I feel like you could take out some of the mill package to faster get too your combos and the mill cards seem a bit redundant

Hey MDSW 9, I opted to steer away from tutors for the combos as our Timmy and Johnny aren’t playing cEDH decks. So In their place I tried to pick the best possible dimir cards that would fill as many roles as they could.
Our lists are very similar but I feel like the closer you get to cEDH it’s inevitable that your list will look like someone else’s. I built this based off of our original spike’s Circu deck with upgrades that I play in all of my decks (fast mana, paradox engine, DramaticScepter, etc.)
Nothing turns a pod of players against the screwing with ALL of their topdecks.

You think Narset is better than Notion Thief in this deck?
They are both solid choices however I was trying to test with the new cards to see how they perform for this deck.

I would run both for redundancy both are good
But is all the mox stones not baned?
Only the power nine moxes are banned
