@30jmcnamara yeah, the prices are getting out of control lately, but it was a great venue. The Wang theater is beautiful, and every seat has a good view and sound. It was worth it. You only live once, and Maynard is not getting any younger.
I've also seen hundreds of show and its definitely way way up there. I went back for more tonight.

This is like standing On the edge of Heaven right here. Truly awe inspiring. I can only imagine being present during this performance and feeling the electric charged air pounding with each heart beat. This is as close to Perfect as one could hope to be. Just beautiful. Thank you for sharing this.

How was the crowd? Taking my kids in a couple of weeks. They have no idea how lucky they will be to see this much amazing on one stage for their first concert.

I think APC still consider him a member, but Smashing Pumpkins take priority, so he's been substituted by Greg from Failure/Autolux/Puscifer ever since 2018 tour

I might be wrong but I don't think Maynard is a member of Primus and Tim has only been drummer for APC, not Puscifer. Again, I might be wrong.

They opened for NIN. I didn't even stay for NiN. I believe Herb was the touring drummer. It didn't look like Josh freeze. I seen them in Buffalo, I'm guessing 99 maybe.

Saw it in Raleigh, followed them to Franklin. Holy friggin holy friggin wow. Im reborn. Brand new. Life changing experience, truly. Ive been to a hundred concerts, easy. This was not a concert. It was church, it was the longest roller coaster youve ever ridden, it was clarity, it was community, it was stoners....doin....it s beyond words and if you dont plan on going youre making the biggest mistake youve made since the last mistake.

He kept trying to pull his phone out even after Maynard announced "If you cant keep your phone in your pocket for 2 hours, you're no better than a crackhead." & I kept swatting it down. Last song, 46 & 2 Maynard says "you can film the last song." My son & I stood up & walked back to the very top where he tried to film & I had a 2 man mosh with him! He kept yelling "Dad you're messing up my video" & I kept bumping him around. Good times!

@@StevesConcertCorner I myself have been to 13 Tool concerts all with my own father, so my son has grown up with our family listening to all three bands. With Tool, as with most of Maynard's music, it's about the message, not the image. Tool if looking at the book from the cover can appear to be very dark & disturbing and some of the early songs are.
