THe best thing you can do for your kids is love and be faithful to their mothers. All the "success" and money in the world wont make up for that.
If she wants to leave, then the best thing you can do is let her leave. She filed for divorce, no sense in pretending just for the kids, that will give them a false sense of reality. If these people are not happy with each other, they can be apart and still be solid parents.
