WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

Going through the chakras and the body parts was so soothing and relaxing. Acknowledging and releasing emotions was freeing. I feel much lighter and in a quiet way happier.

I went in feeling really heavy around the heart, Sacral and mooladhara chakra but came out of the meditation having dissolved the emotions into stardust and into the water. Such a beautiful release. Thank you, Suchi ❤

This was an absolute beautiful Blessing you shared. I started out with core anger and repeated negative thoughts. Working through all that came up in this healing meditation. The vastness of emotional cleanse that appeared carried messages of self healing and how these spaces are a trigger and how do I mirror them. I'm in deep Gratitude! A very Blessed Full Moon to you! it was so enlightening! Very powerful, ending with tears as there was such an overwhelming release of internal blocks, whose weight I endured passively all my life! They were little walls that I had meticulously built, through the years to hide things behind them, things I did not want to face and things I thought were awe full about me and did not want others to see... With this meditation and the recent Somatic Hesling that am persueing I am taking down these walls and the most deliberating thing is that I find nothing behind them! They were just rocks and their burden on me...

Thank you for this magical meditation, I was feeling a pain in my mid back throughout and then I was able to release my strong grieving emotions for my brother who is no longer with me. And now I feel my back relaxed and pain reduced suddenly . Thanks a lot❤
