What if Palpatine abandoned Vader on Mustafar but Obi Wan Kenobi saved Anakin Skywalker from burning with only his missing limbs hindering him?
I could see Anakin using robotic parts from the droids in Mustafar to build himself robotics legs and an arm, maybe later he could fly to a medical station and get better robotic limbs and he would look for Padme

What if Ezra Bridger missed Obi-Wan and stumbled onto Luke Skywalker. Before Uncle Owen can throw the young Jedi out, Maul shows up. Ezra defends the family, is no match for Maul. Just before Ezra is about to die Luke force pushes Maul into a wall, hard.
Owen is furious, but Luke knows about the force now and agrees to go with Ezra to Kanen, to be trained as a Jedi.
By the time Obi-Wan shows up, Luke and Ezra are gone. Oh the possibilities!

Empress Padme would rule with a velvet fist and be the least feared Sith Lord that ever lived. After all, it's hard to be terrifying when you wake up every morning with a shit eating grin. Sadly for the galaxy, their children will be adorable tiny terrors.
Then anikin falls much faster and the skywalkers rule the galaxy.
That would imply that Padme was still in Sith training since she was 14 years old at the time of Phantom Menace and her betrayal would be around the time before Attack of the Clones when she was 24. Also if we want a darkside Padme then her family would've been as shitty as Palpatine's in legends to be able to turn wiht Plagueis influence.
I would like to write my version here.
I can imagine Plagueis tasking her to get close to Anakin after the events of the movie since he's the Chosen One and even put the idea of making his apprentice marrying the boy when old enough to produce offspring even more powerful than them. When Padme realized the truth about Plagueis plan she would kill him and have Anakin as both her apprentice and husband. The plot of the Clone Wars would be played by Plagueis most of the time since he was alive until 23 BBY, a year before the events of the 2nd movie. Palpatine would still be elected Supreme Chancellor during the events of TPM since Padme was still the Queen of Naboo but then she would blackmail or convice him to give up the position to her before the war and Palpatine would become Grand Vizier of Supreme Chancellor Amidala (or he becomes Naboo's senator again to give Padme the emergency powers). Padme would play both sides like Sidious did originally, Dooku would be recruited after Qui Gon's death by Padme as a political figure for the Separatists, Maul would've trained in secret by Plagueis as an assassin like his master Darth Tenebrous did with Venamis in the past so the events of TPM would play pretty similar with the Naboo blockade, Queen Amidala's escape and travel to Tatooine, the invasion of the Trade Federation, Anakin destroying the Control Ship and Maul chasing then fighting Obi Wan and Qui Gon. Maul dies (or survives), Padme get closer to Anakin during the 10 years between movies, the supervision of the Clone Army is passed to Padme after Plagueis's death and her rise to power, the Clone Wars starts, Anakin and Padme marry and he's appointed to be her bodyguard pretty often raising suspicions on the Jedi Council but the war maintaned them busy enough. Obi Wan would still be Anakin's master with the difference that this time he would be friends with Padme too so he would not suspect anything despite the council telling him so.
By the time shortly before Revenge of the Sith, Anakin instead of having nightmares about Padme dying, since she's the Sith Lord (Sith Lady?) this time, he would have nightmares about his mother dying. Yes, Shmi was never abducted by the Tuskens during AotC since Padme put security around the area so nothing would happen to her as part of a bigger plot. She still married Cliegg and Anakin stay in contact with them (again, thanks to Padme). The nightmares keep coming to Anakin until he spoke of them with Padme and she suggest to go and visit her on Tatooine since Shmi wasn't answering their calls. As they arrive they are recieved by a crippled Cliegg and Owen to Anakin's dismay and they told him that Shmi was abducted months ago and held prisoner in Jabba's palace. Anakin infiltrates Jabba's palace, finds his mother badly injured and the scene is pretty similar to the one we know already. Shmi dies on her son's arms and Anakin goes on a rampage in the palace killing everyone including Jabba and even the Rancor. Anakin goes back with Shmi corpse, they bury her and then he tells Padme about what happened in the Palace. Padme understands it and comforts him while they go back to Coruscant. Shortly after the Battle of Coruscant happens and Padme is abducted by General Grievous, Anakin and Obi Wan rescue her, Dooku dies after a duel with Anakin and everything seems back to normal. The war is ending with apparent Republic victory, Battle of Utapau occurs, Obi Wan kills Grievous and Padme finally reveals to Anakin that she's a Sith and that she's also pregnant with his child. Unlike with Palpatine, Anakin is too in love with her to report her to the Council and he never suspects that it was her the one responsible for Shmi's death. After Grievous death confirmation, Windu focused again on Padme and Anakin's bond and, after Padme appointed Anakin as her representative in the Jedi Council, Windu decides to finally interrogate her about it and her intentions since Anakin refused to spy on her for the Council and was denied the rank of master. Mace Windu alongside Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin and Agen Kolar go to her office to find her alongside Anakin (much like the scrapped scene of RotS that showed us Anakin being already in Palpatine's office). Mace tells Padme that they need to interrogate her and, since the war is almost over she needs to return the powers given by the senate, she responds with "I'am the senate" (i wanted to make the meme, sorry) and then accuses the jedi of treason. She then tells Anakin to destroy them on which Anakin ighnites his lighsaber blitzing Kolar and Tiin and engage with Fisto. Windu quickly turns on his lighstaber to strike Anakin but he's hit with a powerful torrent of force lighting coming from Padme saying that he won't dare to touch her precious apprentice realising in the moment that she was the Sith Lord behind everything all along and Anakin was turned to the Dark Side. Padme ignites her crimson lightsaber and clash in a lightsaber duel with Windu. Anakin finishes Fisto and joins Padme against Windu ending in the demise of the Jedi Master. Now that the jedi attacked them Padme issues Order 66 and Anakin is baptized as "Darth Vader". Anakin now as Vader goes to the Jedi Temple to destroy it while Obi Wan and Yoda survived Order 66. Obi Wan and Yoda reunite with Bail Organa while he's contacted by Palpatine telling him that there's an emergency meeting in the Senate. They go to Coruscant and both Jedi masters go to the Temple to deactivate the beacon so no other jedi could fall into the trap, Obi Wan checked the security record to see that was Anakin who lead the assault on the Temple and that it was Padme the Sith Lord all along. In the senate session Padme declares the birth of the Galactic Empire and how the Jedi attacked her and her husband who valiantly defended her being given condecoration of "Hero of the Republic". The revelation of Amidala's marriage was impactful for the audience but little it mattered for the people who applaud and acclaimed the Chancellor now Empress who bring an end to the War and the heroic knight who saved her and served the Republic for years. Yoda and Obi Wan agree to destroy the Sith once and for all and they go their separate ways. Without Padme going to Mustafar, Obi Wan had problems trying to locate Anakin while Yoda goes to the Senate building to confront Padme. Vader is send to Mustafar to whipe out the Separatist leaders but this time Obi Wan never comes. Vader senses that Padme might be in danger since Yoda was going to confront her and when he arrived, his wife and the Grandmaster where already fighting with Yoda having the upper hand since Padme's advanced pregnancy limited much of her movements and powers without putting risk on her child. Vader enters the duel and Obi Wan appears out of nowhere, the duel is brutal and almost ends in Padme's death but seeing his wife in danger gave Vader the enourmous strengh to neutralize both Yoda and Obi Wan wih the force. They realise Skywalker is too much and they escape. Vader was going to pursue them but Padme passes out of exhaustion and goes to labor with Vader on her side. She gives birth to two healthy children, Luke and Leia Skywalker. Padme recovers and the final scenes would be of Yoda going into exile on Dagobah, Obi Wan going from planet to planet to find surviving Jedi and try to reform the order in the unknown regions, the construction of the first Death Star being watched by both Padme and Vader and the training of both Luke and Leia as Sith assassins under the watchful eyes of their parents, Lord Vader and Empress Amidala.
Also i didn't come with a Sith name for Padme but i was thinking of something like "Darth Modeu" or "Darth Lilith" since she figuratively and literally seduced Anakin into the Dark Side.
What if the Death Star was never made? I have yet to see that. Vader and Thrawn were against the construction and believed that the resources were better used elsewhere
What if Chancellor Vallurum won reelection as chancellor, defeating Palpatine and all other challenges. It would be different compared to what if Palpatine was never elected Chancellor, as his predecessor would be bitter towards Palpatine, as he thought he was a friend and someone he could trust, then betrayed him to run for the highest office in the Republic.
A joke story idea: What if the Jedi and Sith decide to settle their differences.... With a cook off?
I always want to see the creative food in the Star Wars Universe.
Judges that will taste the food cooked would probably be Jabba, Dexter and Yoda.

What if... Yoda was the one to train Anakin as his padawan, instead of Obi-Wan? I feel like, with Yoda's wisdom and worldly experience would have helped Anakin a lot, had Anakin been more receptive or close to the Grandmaster.

I went into this expecting some wacky comedy about a smitten Palpatine, but this was genuinely good and you somehow made it mostly believable (As believable as is possible anyway)
Hell, this video now has me wondering how a Count Dooku falls in love with X-Character (Or X-Character falling for Dooku) would go, mostly cause I like the idea of a redeemed Dooku.

Crazy and intersting one: I really doubt however that Palpatine in insanity would be able to find his way to the World Between Worlds. Also the name false Sith is actually honestly what a number of the ancient Sith Lords would think of him: even Darth Bane creator of the Rule of Two would have killed Palpatine for breaking sith traditions the big one Bane established no taking fallen Jedi as apprentices as there was always the chance they'd turn back to the light. As for Palpatine's insanity completely true, when you are dealing with a being of pure evil with not a single good bone in his body being exposed to the purest of good that being love would cause him to go insane.

I have a unique idea about a “What if this character survived.”
But it’s not something you’d think of as a character normally, It’s a Thing, although can sometimes be called a “She”,
What if Anakin’s G9-Rigger, “The Twilight”, Survived Mandalore instead of being Destroyed in the Clone Wars Episode “The Lawless”?
Would it have survived the Clone Wars, would Obi-wan have used it instead of Stowing Away aboard Padme’s Ship in Episode III and afterwards Kept it? And would it have been used in the Kenobi Series or have been used instead of the Millennium Falcon in Episode IV, and would Vader Recognize it?
What effect could the Twilight have had on the whole Star Wars Saga if it survived?

What if Darth Nihilus returned during the clone wars? Could he jeopardize Palpatine's plans to manipulate Anakin and convert the republic into the galactic empire? Would he kill Anakin or take him as his apprentice?
The only interest that Nihilus would have for Anakin would be to Force Drain him. I think that Palpatine would actively help the Jedi and Republic due to knowing of the legend of Nihilus and knowing that he's a Wound In The Force and no longer a Sith but rather a Darkside entity.

What if Dorjander Kace was successful in forming the Mandalorian Knights during the Mandalorian War; and how would that affect galactic history?
All that would do is make another Order of Force-sensitives for the Jedi to worry about. Just an army of (what is essentially) Jedi weapon masters with an insatiable desire for battle. I'd hate to be the Republic in that scenario.

What if palpetein used the cloned zilo beast to make clone armor. They would be blaster and lightsaber proof. The Jedi would be killed way easier
when the empire comes around maybe the clone armor would be reconstructed into storm trooper armor or the clones wouldn’t be replaced at all

This one was very entertaining. Love how he just straight up turned himself insane by accident simply due to being distracted by his infatuation. It also fits with the Sith being obsessed if they do end up falling in love, and that would drive them crazy. Ironic how the Jedi forbid romantic love due to attachments and the fact love can lead to negative emotions, but for a Sith, it becomes a source of both weakness and insanity.
I would love to see a What If on if a Jedi from the Old Republic era showed up during the Clone Wars. Take your pick on who, but I feel Jedi from the Old Republic era are made of a different cloth to the Jedi of the Clone Wars era. A redeemed Revan, or even Satele Shan, a Grandmaster of the Jedi Order of old would be interesting.

I was watching a video last night, from The Stupendous Wave, that discussed some dialogue from Revenge of the Sith cut from the shooting script that seems to confirm that Anakin was created, unintentionally ,by Darth Plagueis in his experiments with creating/restoring life. The dialogue reveals that he discovered what had happened just before Sidious killed him. Made me think, what if Plagueis found out what had happened after Anakin had been retrieved by Qui-Gon but well before Sidious had a chance to betray him, so he bought Shmi from Watto and brought her to Coroscant to study her? What if Anakin became aware that his mother was on Coroscant as a ‘servant’ to Hego Damask III (Plagueis)?
What if ahsoka was obi-wan's apprentice instead of Anakin's.

I don’t know if it’s already a vid, but I’d love to see it. I mean, what if they had a secret love, but the order drove them apart. Then because of this, she chose studies over everything to keep her mind occupied whilst he chose to leave and join the Sith. There is so much in canon to use that could support it, and after seeing this story, it would make a great idea. I hope one day you might try this.
