This is Kacee's first time watching reaction to the movie Old School" (2003). After discovering his girlfriend (Juliette Lewis) has been cheating, attorney Mitch (Luke Wilson) feels his world come undone. He moves into a new place, which happens to be near a college campus, and tries to get his life back together. Two of his best friends, Frank (Will Ferrell) and Beanie (Vince Vaughn), start hanging out at Mitch's house, eventually turning the place into a wild party pad, much to the ire of the college's dean, Gordon "Cheese" Pritchard (Jeremy Piven).

You wanna know something funny. I was on Etsy looking for shaving brushes and I saw this cool blue looking one and I read the title of the listing and they called the blue color, 'You're My Boy Blue'. I was dying laughing because it was so random.
One of my favorite silly comedies when I was younger was, Road Trip. Not sure if you guys have seen it but I do recommend it. Thanks for the fun videos!

When this came out.. this was me and my boys, hanging out movie we’d always throw on if we didn’t wanna play games or weren’t going out anywhere. It was “ Hey, let’s get a case of beer maybe a 20 and watch old school “ we did that dozens of times. Brings back memories
4:02 The wedding singer is Dan Finnerty, who plays the same wedding/party singer in like every Todd Phillips movie including The Hangover and Starsky and Hutch. He’s also married been a long time married to Kathy Najimy, the voice of Peggy Hill who you watched recently in “Rat Race”.

I didn't know he was married to Kathy Najimy. The Kathy & Mo show was probably the best female comedy duo show ever. There are some clips of that on youtube also. Although it was popular when I was in grade school / high school so at least half of the youtube viewing crowd don't have a clue.

"You can't do that, guy code." That's literally only a thing between guys who.... you know, like and respect each other? And even then -- cheating on someone that person KNOWS and is FRIENDS with? "Guy code" doesn't apply. Granted, that usually gets you "hated" by the friend you tell, they don't believe you for a bit, then it comes to light and a couple months later they apologize and yada yada -- but still.

Real men don’t need some made up “code” to figure out how to behave properly. They make decisions based on their own moral judgement of the situation.
I want to preface this by saying, I think you should tell someone they're being cheated on. However, there are 2 reasons not to tell someone you're interested in that their partner is cheating on them.
1. They do not want to believe you because you have a motive for breaking them up.
2. It is unlikely that you will get in a relationship with them, or have a successful relationship, because you remind them of their last relationship.

Eurotrip (not really any A list actors in this minus some bit parts from Matt Damon and Fred Armisen)
Evolution (David Duchovny, Julianne Moore, Sean William Scott)
Drowing Mona (Dannny DeVito, Bette Midler, Neve Campbell, Jamie Lee Curtis)
Big Trouble (star studed cast with Tim Allen, Rene Russo, Stanley Tuci, Tom Sizemore, Johnny Knoxville and even a young Zoey Deschanel). Personally this is my vote for most underrated gem of a comedy movie. Incredible cast and writing but almost no one has seen or even heard of.

Road Trip, Old School, Eurotrip, Wedding Crashers, idiocracy early 2000s was a great time.
I saw this in the movies when I was in college. Still one of the funniest movies I’ve seen. This is way funnier start to finish than wedding crashers IMO.

Since you're watching Jeremy Piven in ONE college focused film, you might as well watch his OTHER college focused film - PCU.
Honestly, it's one of my favorite 90's comedy movies. And Old School actually kind of lifts quite a bit from it when you actually compare them.

I love PCU. Unfortunately last I checked they don't host it anywhere on any streaming platform. The only way to watch is to buy an actual DVD, which sucks.

This movie will always bring me back to when I was a pre-teen hanging out with all my cousins and their high school/college friends. Watching movies like this and always yelling "You're my boy"
“There’s Something About Mary” is a classic. There’s a lot of good funny movies by The Farrelly Brothers.

The coolest part of this movie is that Patrick Cranshaw, the guy who played Blue, had, to this point had a very long acting career, but they were all small parts. Nothing memorable, and noone ever recognized him, but he was ok with that, but after this movie, everyone that saw him would yell at him "You're my boy Blue!" and he totally loved that. Rest in Peace Patrick.
“Game Night” is also another great under appreciated comedy
Randomly my friends will look at each other and yell "your my boy blue" . gets all the family's in dennys staring at us lol

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do a reaction to “Made” so it’s got V.V. in it as well as John Favro, Sean (p.diddy or whatever he’s going by these days) Combs, and the legendary Peter Falk (RIP) I love it and it’s a pretty unique comedy. I’d love to see new people checking it out and reacting to it.

The Wedding Band from the beginning is called The Dan Band, they showed up in this and The Hangover as the wedding band, if memory serves he sings the 50 Cent song Candy Shop in The Hangover.

The Farrelly brothers do two 90's bangers as far as comedies go..."There Something About Mary" and the somewhat underrated, "Kingpin" with Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray...speaking of those guys..."Zombie Land" is awesome(both of 'em). And feel like you might've seen all these but also "Groundhog Day"...guaranteed laughs.

Role Models is a must if you’re sticking with 2000s comedy. Really, anything with Paul Rudd. Funny People is a little more serious, but with a lot of comedians
I honestly never realized Todd Phillips directed this movie until Anthony mentioned it here. Some great comedies off the top of my head are The Jerk, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Wayne's World, Austin Powers, Oscar, Don't Mess with the Zohan, Pixels, We're The Millers, Hot Shots!, Game Night, The Hot Chick, Twins, Loaded Weapon 1.

You should watch Wet Hot American Summer. So many young stars like Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Amy Poehler, and Bradley Cooper and it's in my top 5 comedies ever. It's right in your sense of humor, You'll love it.

Pro tips...the band is a real band, plays gigs, and has done several movies including wedding crashers! Ironically, the movie that predates all the early 2000s jud apatow will ferrel wilson brothers, Vince Vaughn stuff is a movie called PCU , ironically with a young Jeremy piven and Jon Favreau!
If you're going for this sort of vibe of comedy, I'd definitely recommend Accepted (2006 - Justin Long, Blake Lively, and Jonah Hill), directed by Steve Pink (Hot Tub Time Machine/Grosse Point Blank)
First time I've seen your channel and that reaction was a lot of fun, this movie was a blast, if you're on a comedy kick you'd love the 'Cornetto Trilogy' from the UK, it's made up of the films 'Shaun of the Dead', Hot Fuzz' and 'The World's End', they're hilarious!

Another comedy about college thats really funny imo and also starred Jeremy Piven, who played the Dean in this, is PCU. But he played the most opposite role from what he had in this. It's older, from the 90s. And imo the funniest scene in this was the Andy Dick bj class, and how he turned on Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran, but I always found him hilarious.
If you want to see a great comedy I recommend The Batchelor Party(1984). Funny as hell and it's Tom Hanks' first comedy . I also recommend Porkys and Hollywood knights. These are two pinnacle early 80s comedies
