There is literally no one else like Gary. He makes a CZcams channel about himself and what happens behind closed doors, yet he makes a video about his CHO which is absolutely incredible.

Awesome! Yes, we all want 5mins, 1hr, a day(!) with Gary, but I'd love to spend some time with Claude. Amazing personality and very inspiring. Our last HR manager spent more time wandering around talking about herself, her woes, and the latest guy she'd hooked up with, than to ever care about the employees. Very few were disappointed to see her leave. Claude seems like such an incredible contrast! Loving the mantra of 'How do we light people up'.
I'm an old fogey and I'd love to work in that kind of culture. Hoping this is the leading edge of a large-scale trend.
It's fast paced and awesome to learn this stuff. Don't get to overwhelmed by competitors and people who have years of experience. Bring what they don't have to the table and push yourself

First public comment ever.. 50 year old Aussie Dad rebuilding my life, harnessing the never ending inspiration and positive energy of Gary Vaynerchuk to motivate me. And it is working. I took a risk at 27 to start a business, and at the age of 32 gave it up as depression and a young child with a severe disability took it's toll. The fire has never gone out.. After a marriage breakdown and a re-assessment of my life I am back... But I would not be fighting as hard and believing in myself if I never chanced upon Gary while watching Sara Dietschy. As I sat down to assist my now 20 year old son with breakfast, I watched this episode. Wow, this is where maturity and experience brings value to the world... Well done DRock, you deserve every compliment. Thank you Claude and THANK YOU Gary....

Quite possibly one of my favorite episodes of the Daily Vee and there wasn't a lot of Gary in it... weird.... But when I think about it Gary was in it... she represents gary's heart and love for his people. Sometimes its hard to see that with Gary because of his bravado but with her you just see it. This isnt a bang on Gary it's a comp to her! Way to go Vayner nation... you've done it again! Man if I knew anything about agency/marketing I'd live here.

I love that Gary's automated his belief system into the business at scale. Doesn't even need him there, just turn up every now and again and check they are still on course. This was SO insightful! She is essentially the 'Anchor of the organization while Gary is the driving force - Such a great complement to Gary's intensity,- it's almost like she's his Sheryl Sandberg - Zuck the innovator and forward thinker while Sheryl is the business genius that keeps revenues and brand value flowing - Same way Gary pushes the team and drives them forward while she instills the culture and camaraderie in the team.

Claude Silver reminds me of the best boss I've ever had the chance to work with (*with* instead of *for*). She always considered her team her equals, and instilled a huge sense of camaraderie among us. It was the only time, in my past life as an employee in the sharky corporate world, that I was looking forward to going to work. 20+ years later, although there's an ocean between us, we're still in touch.
