    Carrie has a natural way of presenting that is enticing. Her earnest dialogue fits comfortably with the landscape. She shows us that adventures exist on our doorstep as well as further away. Her joy of the wild is infectious and is kindly shared.

    Hi there pretty lady Carrie. Glad your out in the woodlands again enjoying the fresh air. You and Becky (at Girl Outdoors) pick the best music for your videos. Smaller tents will keep the warmth in better. Could have been an alien space creature that stepped on your bag. Laughing! Thanks for sharing and looking forward to many more. Have a great day.

  • @ExxInferis
    @ExxInferis Před 2 lety

    Just found your channel and loving the content! I have this one and the bigger brother. This bivvy is as low-profile as it gets, but you have to have a plan for concealing your pack if you are not 100% sure it will be there in the morning. I pack a small camo net from a collection of woodland, moorland, autumn etc. Then I steak it to the floor around the bag. No getting that out quietly. You also need to be ready for the condensation that *will* be soaking your sleeping bag exterior in the morning, as this fabric is not breathable and hugs your body so no air-flow. Accept if in a hurry you are packing away a wet bag, and therefore avoid down bags or blankets, then it's awesome. Ohh also, anyone else reading, if you are a 6ft old fat-ass like me, then be aware that thick sleeping pads mean the end of this thing really hugs your feet, so turning in the night is awkward.

    Enjoy listening to Carrie.
    english is not my first language.
    Sensory augmentation echos the unique english style and accent. The speech sounds like music, to me. I dont know why, yet.
    Appreciate the way Carrie shares her feelings, insights, thoughts and sensations.
    Carrie shows personal depth.
    I am delighted to find out that brits dont fall short from the americans.
    Easier for me , to relate to.
    I would not be surprised if i would discover more aspects of the british english, that excell over the american english.
    there is no doubt, in sensory augmentation, the british english excell beyond my wildest expectations.

    Found myself watching a few channels like this during lockdown (like many I suspect). I have bought some of the items in readiness for getting out there myself. I am concerned about safety though and that has weighed heavy on mind. After a while I’ve realised that as 53 year old, 6 ft 2” man, I’m the person everybody else would be concerned about. Now that’s weighing heavy on mind. Perhaps I’m overthinking it. 😂
