Driving is still sloppy at Aldershot, I haven't raced there in about 12, I'd probably still podium finish the 1/12 scale touring. I raced the world champion there when I was young. Always had the top motors and batteries from Nick Adams @ Demon Products ;P

You didn't know that happens in general of just surprised at this specific cool example of one ? Cause if you didn't know that shock waves along with sound waves pressing up against each other at unreal speeds form a difference in visual shape due to collision is concerning
@@lavishlivingta8956 im pretty sure there wasnt a shockwave but a pressure difference because of the hot explosion causing the colder explosion to get pushed from the way with the rest of the air

The destruction of that F100 Super Sabre at 4:22 Was Heart Breaking. I watched those Aircraft takeoff, and land on Eglin AFB Florida when I was just a kid. They are my Absolute Favorite Aircraft Ever Produced. That aircraft could reach mach 2.3 in a straight level flight at only 2,000 Feet above sea level. You should have seen them when they were The Thunderbirds for the USAF. They were the Most Powerful Single Engine Jet Fighter in the Works, and could outrun even SAM missiles a dead run. They had a set of guns which struck fear in the hearts of the North Vietnamese, and the Chinese. Isn't it strange that Vietnam was starting when I was only Ten Years Old, and did not end until I was 24 in 1974. Sorry about the loss. Please rebuild it.

I used to do something simular as a kid but was eletric and indoors plus i wasnt running around the pole as was sat down with control box which only did what a ESC does

That scale "Razorback" P-47 was superb - even scale speed and (almost!) sound!! 👍
My recommendation for first plans is good size glider with electric engine..the find a pattern online that uses 1/4 in sheet Styrofoam to make a 3d plane.i suggest glueing pattern to plywood or plexiglass and cut out you also need arrow shaft for wing servo is hot glue and in less then hour you can be ready to fly from start to finish.a 4'x8' piece of sheeting for under house siding is cheap and can make several planes.not if but when they crash and break some duct tape and epoxy and about ten mins time you are up flying again.once it's to broke up you feel you don't want to fix simply remove the stuff and hot glue to new one..real easy to make one piece wing by hot glue arrow to it for strength and body is two pieces the vertical piece is shape of airplane with tail the horizontal pitce is profile of shape of body if you looked down on it you also have to cut one piece main horizontal tail.then cut out elevator and rudder piece of clothe or flex hinge is needed on tail and wing for control sursafaces..if your radio has mixing you can also have flaps to lead how to use.take extra propellers and epoxy and tape with you when you fly..its real easy to mix epoxy tape broken area on one side then epoxy before it sets up then wait once epoxy sets up.bact to the skys...plane is about 5 to 10 bucks pluses servos and electric engine and battery and speed controller.ypu can buy stuff to join up linkages or make your own..design is simple no matter if it's single wing or bi plane.wing span is a little longer the arrow shaft..i flew those a lot when I was learning..no runway needed just grab one wing tip and you can hand toss plane into air or hand launch above you head..i liked just hand toss from wing tip..it will fly straight up by over knife edge anything you want to do or just learn basics before you go out and buy 300 dollar hanger 9 mustang and crash it first time up..

It hurts seeing these big expensive jets crash that would suck
It's not the kits that are expensive, it's the engines and the radios that cost the most, my dad and my grandpa fly these things all the time, ever since I was a kid back in the 80's, I've seen some cheap kits go for around 200-300 bucks and the engines go for around 500 bucks, same with the radios, not to mention the fuel as well which why most RC builders are going electric and so forth
4.16 was the best, total destruction, its what its about..superb..
