the cannon would have won if not for that missed shot at the end.
The missed shot cost the Protoss the game. The lings would've ran back to finish the 2 hp cannon, which would've bought enough time for 2nd cannon at home to warp in and thus defending.
Twice as many as you need.

Result would have been the same. The animation for the sunken's killing blow occurred on the cannon's next to last hit. They would have both killed each other and game played out normally.

Artosis you mentioned that the CNSL 7 casts have low viewer count but how about total view time, since these are much longer videos? ANyway I love this format.

Love these casts. In Korea I was nowhere near as good as these pros but could defeat the other English teachers.
At 5:46 the cannon randomly misses a shot on the sunken colony, which has 2 hp after the cannon dies. The cannon actually should have won that fight with one hit left.
A major advantage that is being overlooked in the muta-fight of the third game is that some overlords soak some bouncing shots, lowering the overall damage they could have done, and they make micro worse as you dont want to click on them.
The moment I heard it's a best of one, I was thinking that if you're not confident in your abilities, then you might cheese against a plyer you consider to be better just to get into the next stage.
Having seen game 1, I'm a bit proud of myself.
I truly hope xiaoshuai advances. BTW, shuai’s phonetic is not /shuei/, but /shu,i:/ just to point out 🤗

I think it should sound more like "shoe-aye" to borrow some English words. But I'm not native Chinese, not 100% sure. What Artosis says sounds more like "shui" to me.

why does protos never steal gas from Zerg but always from Terran (at least on 2 playe maps?) or is the creep in the way?
It's not worth it at all. Lings are too good. Also it slows the Protoss down more than the Zerg. You might slow down the gas of the zerg by like 10 seconds or something but then there are many lings on the map and you lose map control, while slowing down your Core timing. Why would you slow your Core timing just to lose map control that you might've lost anyway, depending on if Zerg chooses to make a lot of lings.
zerg will kill the gas steal with lings whereas terran has to pull scvs since they need gas sooner.

what does narak mean
It means Hell, like the place, I assume it is because a lot of these players are right on the border of being ASL caliber, so all of their time and effort is putting them into Hell as they are so close to their goal, but aren't there yet.
@@Picaroon9 I guess it means "The Abyss" in Korean. 지옥 is hell. 나락 I guess comes from Hindi or Tamil or something. Isn 't it one of the casters though?
I wonder why fast reaver is almost always made vs terran, but never vs zerg.

The ladder from this is so different. Blitz 100% toss comes and steals gas. I haven't played a game in a long time toss doesn't either pylon block minerals or steal gas. All cheese annoying garbage
