Shitaya Shrine Grand Festival, the earliest summer festival to be held in downtown Tokyo, reached its final day on the 12th, with the sound of energetic chants and Hayashi music from people carrying mikoshi (portable shrines).
The festival at Shitaya Shrine, which is held for three days, has a history of over 1000 years.
This year is the year of the "Main Festival", which is held once every two years, and on the final day, the 12th, the main shrine shrine, which is 3 meters high, is paraded through the town accompanied by heroic chants.
東京の下町で一番早く開催される夏祭り「下谷神社大祭」が12日、最終日を迎え、神輿（みこし）を担ぐ威勢の良い掛け声やお囃子（はやし）の音が響き渡りました。
　3日間にわたって開催される「下谷神社」のお祭りは、1000年以上の歴史があります。
　今年は2年に一度の「本祭り」の年で、最終日となる12日は高さが3メートルもある本社神輿が勇壮な掛け声とともに町を練り歩きます。
