Your sign looks great, nicely done with the kerfs. I find spraying a mist of water before applying vinyl makes it easier and quicker to get bubbles out (air in bubbles compresses, water does not and gets pushed out 🤓)

spray your acrylic with windex before you put down your sticker, it makes getting the bubbles out easier

Plywood... You can find it at home depot, you can find the round plastic pieces at a specialized plastics store
