I hear you. I miss that combo of Kevin, Jennifer and Dina. Actually, perhaps this is because I just don't watch as closely as I used to, but I loved watching City TV, CityPulse and all of the programming on Much Music (e.g. Mush Music, Rap City, Coca-Cola Countdown, Labatt's Blue Spotlight, etc.).
Anyway, not only was I invested in the programs, but also the hosts! I can still remember the day. I had gone to the hospital for the 3 or 4th time within a week due to heavy nose bleeds, My sister KNEW that I had to return to emergency in the middle of the night because I began to choke on the gauze that was applied to stop the bleed. Anyway, she texted me to let me know that Mark Dailey had just died after another battle with cancer. I was literally sitting in an ENT medical chair, I was in pain, and I remember saying, "OH, NO!" I was more hurt that the City of Toronto had lost Mark Dailey than I was of me needing to get that bleeding under control.

I've only started watching BT few months ago. I love the Dina/Sid combo. Would miss Dina a lot. She's perfect morning TV. So personable.

Oh. I have been watching since I was a teenager when it was Kevin, Patrick, Jennifer. I can’t remember the others. I remember when Frank( I think I got his name wrong) walked off from the street to ask for directions. The next week he was weather man. Lol

I believe he was told to tone it down. On Monday or Tuesday he went berserk on a rant on TV
about Tory staying on as Mayor during the budget. He was practically screaming. His rant or I call it rage was taken down from the BT channel.

@@arimababe40 Yeah it’s too bad it was taken down. What puzzles me is that Sid was ‘Buddy buddy’ on air with John Tory all the time and then this. You could see it made Dina very uncomfortable sitting next to him, as well as everyone else in the studio. His rage was so uncalled for. I’ve lost respect for him.

BT is now in a serious problem. They let go of their long time on air talent for no reason at all. And then they worked their current talent to the point of burnout and exhaustion. In the past 5 years they've had a ton of talent turnover and you're left a the fraction of the talent left. Great job at talent management BT. I could write a thesis on your management failure. Good luck rebuilding the ratings with Dina leaving, you're going to need it.
