Withought doubt, the finest model of a Corsair l have ever seen. Hade the takeoff been a 3 point lift off it would have been nearly impossible to tell from the real plang. Kudos!
Outstanding video Chris, as always. My favorite warbird with true radial sound, OMG I'm green with envy. The Tennessee background looks inviting, you and your family must be happy as a clam!
beautiful Corsair !!! tnx; nice vid... I wanted to tell you that I was the person that sent you the picture (FB)of my friends '55 Beech V-tail that we flew around in the mid 80's; after your VQ Bananza flight in June of '20...we were at Murfreesboro Airport...have a great week.
Wow what a beautiful aircraft and awesome build! Brought back memories of watching Robert Conrad in Baa Baa Black Sheep with my dad back in the day when I was little. Thanks for posting this up!!
Awesome video brother, great to see this one! I can't recall if I was there for that one or not, but it's always nice to videos from that fantastic event! All the best to you and the family 😎✌🤠🤙
Ohhhh that is a beauty! Nice long take off....all the flaps deployed was a unreal look....nicely done model. Looks like after the landing you might have hit a repaired bomb crater since the plane bounced, someone needs to get on ground maintenance to flatten out that section.
Hey Chris. BEAUTIFUL plane, MOKI and video! This is best viewed on a 65” screen with a good sound system! Where’s the link in the description for the motor?!?! I wanna buy several of them. (In my dreams) Keep up the good work.
I just purchased the TopRC 93” Corsair several months ago all composite and seeing this one gives me some ideas to make it shine…. Thanks for the awesome video!
Whoever was flying that should be careful coming in. Those trees are probably a lot closer than you'd think and that plane is big. Distances are very difficult to make out with such an approach. I'd try coming in from the other side or maybe doing a low angle turn into the final approach. Would hate to see a plane like that lost due to the distance error - it's all gotten us at some point.
I must say it was not the normal sound a Moki makes. It almost seems that his cam timing is different or he's routed his exhaust differently than the std engine. Never heard a Moki sound like that. Nice. Beautiful plane too. I hope his landings improve, I skipped a heart beat on that one myself and it's not my plane.
I hit “dislike” by mistake. I wasn’t paying proper attention. I undid it and changed to “like” but CZcams said it would share my dislike with the video poster. Mr RC Geek I would never dislike such an awesome vid, so please ignore any negative feedback sent to you by CZcams, citing me as the originator.
So realistic I expected the model pilot to give a thumbs up before take off. Sound and landing gear, awesome.
So cool. What an awesome model; great sound and detail. You can just feel the weight of that beast! Thanks for the vid.
For sure!
Beautiful model. The radial sound makes the illusion real.

That engine sounds wonderful!
A thing of beauty, right? 😊
I love the sound of those Moki engines..
They are so hard to beat for sound. So good!
Wow what a beautiful aircraft and awesome build! Brought back memories of watching Robert Conrad in Baa Baa Black Sheep with my dad back in the day when I was little. Thanks for posting this up!!
Thanks for watching! 😊
What a beautiful Corsair, the noise was epic, almost a scale sound. I mean if you closed your eyes, it’s close 👍🏻
About as scale as you can get in miniature! So cool!
Whoa, this thing is sick!
Love that sound!
Me too! 😊
So cool Chris. Love them warbirds with radials. 💪👍👍
They are so amazing!
OUTSTANDING. 🦅
the taxi at the end looked sooo real! Wow!
TREMENDOUS!
What a truly stunning model
Ahhhhhhhhh. Goals.
Moki perfection right there.
Right?!
coming down with the gear down and that hill in the background looks like it's coming back from a bomb run on Pelilue

This one was from quite a while ago. I just happened upon it and couldn’t believe I hadn’t done anything with it!
@@Thercgeek For sure! I've found all sorts of gems stashed away on old hard drives myself 😉🤙😁
With that back drop, it looks like an episode of Black Sheep Squadron.
You know, I think It’s a similar location to where that was filmed. Such a great show!
Excellent…nothing like a radial where one belongs!
Great video of an Amazing plane. Congrats to the Pilot for a rewarding Maiden Flight.
Very nice , great sound.
Have to slap my face to get the smile off it , Awesome job well done 👋😁

Chris fine job recording this great looking Corsair.I would love to see this one in person.Hope all is well in your new place. Thanks for this!
That’s what my 7 year old Flyzone Corsair wants to be when it grows up! That thing sounds absolutely sexy!
Haha, I know the feeling! 🤣
Hey Chris. BEAUTIFUL plane, MOKI and video! This is best viewed on a 65” screen with a good sound system!

Keep up the good work.
You can get as many as you like at “Moki-mart” 😆. There’s one on most every corner. 🤣
Thats my dream aircraft. Badass!
Wow! Absolute beauty! Looks like the plane was glassed, like I do my TrailBoss, so shiny! Would like to see more videos of it!
I believe this is an all composite CARF model, but not sure. If not, then yeah, glassed balsa and ply structure.
I just purchased the TopRC 93” Corsair several months ago all composite and seeing this one gives me some ideas to make it shine…. Thanks for the awesome video!
Wunderschön anzuschauen und zu hören, Daumen hoch.
Thanks!
Wow. 2 thumbs up.
The perfect bird
Wonderfull!!
Very cool
simply WOW!!! thank you
Very Nice Job. 2 thumbs up.
Damn sounds like the real thing .
Sounds so cool
WOOT WOOT!!! Another Awesome Video my bro!!! :)
Thanks dude!
Gorgeous
Great job 👏
That sounds good !
That's so awesome !!!
Awesome.
Just Moki Sound!😊
Yes!!! 😊
@@Thercgeek Even more sound with 7 cylinders: czcams.com/video/PdkgATkouaw/video.html

Beautiful!!! Orange County RC Field?? (Lake Irvine?)
Yes, this was out at black star a few years ago before they had paved the runway.
@@Thercgeek I didn't notice Petromat...

I’m not sure, but it’s definitely more throaty than most of the other mokis I’ve witnessed. I’m guessing has to do with the exhaust.
かっこいい!実物みたいな音と飛行、コルセアなの?グラマンヘルキャットと思ってた!
This is a true corsair. That characteristic gull wing is indicative of the Corsair only. :)
Love the Mokis! Not sure what the correct plural is…
Looks right to me! 😊
Watch the take off carefully. In a real Corsair getting the tail up and wheel landing on the mains makes it a lot more stable
Beautiful!! Wondering what exhaust pipe is installed
That’s a good question because this one sounds especially throaty compared to others I’ve witnessed.
What company makes this F4U model???
It’s a CARF-models all composite kit. Very nice!
Killer sound. What field?
That was black star before they paved the runway.
Y’all ought to put infrared lasers and sensors on each plane and have dogfights
What sound system is that
It’s not a sound system, it’s a 5 cylinder 250cc radial engine.
Haha. I was about to say.@@Thercgeek
Is that the 5cyl or 7?
It’s a 5-cylinder Moki 250
Is it a moki engine.???
Yep!
WW2 tail draggers and their love for wanting to ground loop lol.
Indeed!
Moki?
Yep! Such an incredible sound!
Sweeet.

Stick back when you taxi.
