Anger is a dangerous emotion but I also feel mastery of all emotions is a nessecity because anger is the last emotion from all emotions and it usually leads to negative actions, e.g. you can love someone and they leave you so you will hurt, confused and lost then you become angry as they reject and you act harming them then get jailed...
The same system wants people to change they ways but no help from the system which lead to people going back to they old ways. Too much judgment from the people.
