I just finished 5 days dry fasting. It wasn’t easy but the Holy Spirit helped me subdue the fresh. Cooking for family was the hardest, no tasting, just cook for them. I prayed oo. The first day, I did absolute dry fast, no water. I am going on again until my saviour speaks. Keep up friends.

I am turning 40 on the 25th of April. I still cant believe i will be 40. Shuuuu i was just 16 yesterday 🙈🙈🙈. Anyway i am fasting until friday the 12th, frankly to say thank you my King for my 40 years. I did a 5 day fast in Jan and it showed me flames but i pushed through in prayer. I know i will do it even this time in Jesus name. I will be fasting through out the month of April to glorify my God.
Fasted with prayers for 7 days. The spirit of slumber really attacked me each and every day and night to hamper me. I wanted to sleep as soon as I awake, I wanted to sleep during prayers and worship and I could hardly make the midnight prayer. I committed to fasting once weekly since this has happened. I am happy to see that my commitment is sound based on what I just heard from Pastor Selman.

Last year i was going through a very difficult time i could not tell anyone sbout. I prayed prayed and prayed snd it insisted snd finally i had the strength to fsst for three dsys for the first time in my life. Doon afyer i fasted ghe Lord restored me. Praise the Lord God gsve me a solution. Ghsnk you for the content man of God

Kentwood, Michigan USA here! I fast 3 day's in a row. No food. Every other week. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Go to the House of God Sunday morning. 3 day's fasted. WOW!! Fast is broken after Church. I MUST be able to have increased discernment in the Last Day's and End Times. Fast. Pray. Worship. Word.
Do NOT tell anyone when you fast. Go about normal daily operations.
Do you break after 6pm everyday or it's 72 hours of no food???
72 hours. No food. I have my coffee, with a packet of hot chocolate and a little bit of chocolate milk for cream. Water the rest of the time. You will discover that God IS your sustainer. ❤

Fasting prayer is key for all our life battles of devil
I pray all day everyday but I confess that I have struggled so much with fasting. I've tried so many times but only made it 24hrs and just end up eating too much afterwards.
I have struggled with emotional eating all my life. It's had it's grip on me for years and I feel convicted to share this.
Please come into agreement with me as I pray to be delivered from this vice. In Jesus name I pray 🙏 Amen
Start small fasting goals e.g half day per week to 1 day per week then 2,3,4 days etc or start fasting a meal per day, then 2 meals then your body will be able to adjust to what you feed it.
God will help you and keep you safe in Jesus Mighty Name Amen

Powerful man of God
I was into prosperity gospel which is not wrong but I was having lot of problems. I am from India. I was having all kinds of problems from 1984 I never had peace of mind I had fasted before but not with any understanding but I started listening to bro Joshua s Selman when I saw the indepth analysis of fasting I decided to fast again it was very tough as I had put on lots of weight. As I fasted Lord supernatural led me to the solution and started correcting in a particular area which I didn't think was the problem. After that lord started helping me supernaturally I didn't do much but started helping me out. Fasting is the key. I have decided to fast for others also know I will not stop at this. Thank you
