Yes a lot of people are busy serving the Kingdom instead of seeking the Father. We need to prioritize the relationship first while still serving the kingdom.
Many years ago wise older men and women would tell us not to be a busy Christian. And there have been times I've been just that busy with no peace yet needing to learn to enjoy his Glory and embrace all the beautiful wonders, pleasure, love and the peace of God ❤❤❤
Just like that Hossana spoke my 2024 word...."he established a relationship with us even before he laid a plan for this earth"...i need to atleast reciprocate that love. Help me God.
I'm working to find this balance currently. I'm working on starting up a Deaf Ministry from scratch and it's been very challenging balancing it with work and rest 💞
I love the story that Chrystal shared about her mom and Christmas. I probably "worked" harder over this past Christmas season than I ever have. Was on my feet a lot and didn't get to sleep in much. Buuut, I loved doing the cooking and cleaning and hosting my guests. I wanted to be hospitable and make them enjoy the time they came to spend with us. I was so happy to have them over that nothing I did to make them happy and comfortable felt like work. My feet ached a lot! But my heart was so happy😊
I’ve listened to this over 8x in the last few days… On my days off from work I will SIT down and WRITE down the POINTS that HIT my ❤.. I love all my sisters & God bless you all.. This is good everyone. I have been surviving my child through this custody court battle. Ive been so focus on wishing the battle is over sitting in anger. Im missing my peace with my child like you said Lisa. Thank you for speaking on this.
Hosanna that was right on at this time and I love how you said it, I was very convicted and I forget to enjoy my time with God in my day but when I do, no one can love us like God and no one can correct our heart with love like God and its like a light goes off in my heart and I say to myself Oh, heavenly father this is what you were telling me and my heart is warm and filled with the Lord loving me and saying Im here and Im never leaving you, and when are quiet God speaks and wants us to have peace and sometimes that is taking a min to realize its ok God has got this and always has and he always has, God Bless You Hosanna you are younger than me and you have a beautiful heart for Jesus and its always a pleasure to have your take on better together!!!

I think God is showing me today about the relationship with him. I was getting good quality time with Jesus, until I had to work more to pay for vehicle repairs. Today, I read in Psalm 84, "my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God."

I’m struggling with the complete opposite. I feel stagnant, I feel like I’m not loved, most days I feel utterly alone and it’s the worst feeling. 🥲
