Such a loss. No words to describe the slow growing natural beauty that is gone. We have been going up 2-4 times a year for many, many years. It will take decades to be restored. Thank you for posting.

Thanks much for posting. It has been about half century since I drove down the Skyline Road to the Lakes. The last half of the recording shows the gravel road, but there has been enough gravel packed down that it is much better than back then (VERY heavy dust.) The fires were rough for a lot of us in the area.
