My Virtual Phone System Review Grasshopper, CallHippo & Tresta

Virtual Phone Systems are gaining momentum in the small business world. Also known as softphones, they use Voice Over IP (VOIP) technology to allow you to make and receive business calls.
Packed with different features, I wanted to change my business number over to one of them this month and in true Shaun fashion, I had to try out different ones.
Here are my pros and cons of Grasshopper, CallHippo and Testa

I mean without forwarding from desktop (and paying extra charges) - can we have it ring directly? Because mobile is always with us but desktop isn't..

@@MJ-fo8sc I actually switched to Dialpad so I could have the office VOIP desk phone. Plus when the app is on the computer it live transcribes the call.

I looked at CallHippo but haven’t signed up. While reading some of the copy on their site, I noticed a bunch of grammatical errors. That makes me mistrust them. :(

It wasn't too bad of a service. Grasshopper was the best.

I'm not sure, I'd suggest contacting the support of the service you are looking at. They should be able to answer that for you.

I am not. I switched to Google Voice. For my needs it was a lighter option..

@Pronto *** I chose it because I'm on the google eco system and it works quite well. Only downfall is you can't text that line. So if you had that number set up as 2FA or other logins you won't get the codes. I don't know about the 411 question. I've not had any issues with it.
