Please consider writing a book. Your message needs to be shared in a tactile way...wisdom women of all ages can hold in the hearts and hands. Thank you for shining your lovely light in this world!

Exactly what I needed today. Your words about loving yourself, and wasting your twenties hating your body really resonated with me. When I look at pictures from 5 years ago, when I hated my body, I notice how beautiful I looked, but also remember that I was unhappy with the way I looked then. Loving myself in the present is still a work in progress. ❤️

I’ve always thought it was strange that women will put on makeup to cover the natural redness on their cheeks and then put really really light blush on (that I frankly can’t even see). To me, “natural” means to start by looking at what your coloring is and working with it. On my face, lots of blush looks right; and some people may just not have colorful faces. And, I must say that this is unequivocally the smartest and best video I’ve ever seen on no makeup-makeup. Excellent!!

Absolutely love this video. I've been watching your videos while I try to consider buying the typology skin tint. I am usually really comfortable with my body and spend most of my life going out without makeup. Like you mentioned I want to skin tint to just enhance what I love about myself (I absolutely love skincare and am pretty proud of my skin even though it is far from perfect) and make myself look a bit less tired as I begin to go to work. I have never seen a do's and don'ts video like this, and although I feel like I already took all of these in consideration, it feels very good to be reaffirmed in a world that is so judgmental

I love the message of this video, and I wish that when I was younger I would have appreciated my features more.
The one thing I have always struggled with is I am one of those lucky paled skin ladies that goes very tomato red face as soon as I get slightly hot. I am also have the extra bonus of being one of those that get a very sweaty face and scalp, as I get slightly hot. I do suffer from MS and MS suffers are notorious from suffering with constant overheating, I also live in Australia which is way to warm for me. Growing up in Sweden where it is cold enough for me not constantly being tomato red, but having more of the fjord look naturally is so much more suitable.
Unfortunately my husband is Australian and not interested in moving to a cold climate, we did move from the subtropics to a more temperate climate but it still gets up to over 30-42c/85-105f for 6 months of the year. It means that I do spend 6-8 months stuck inside in front of the aircon, if it gets over 22c/70f my body suffer from all my MS symptoms are exacerbated. They include pins and needles in my whole left side of my body and my right hand and foot, numbness, hypersensitivity, spasming muscles, severe muscle weakness in all the places I described. I also suffer from cognitive issues, such as brain fog, thoughts being muddled, having problems making decisions on the spot, getting sensory overload, memory issues and so on and they all get worse if I’m hot.
The one thing I am able to control is my outside appearance such as dressing nice, doing my hair and makeup, it just gives the illusion that I am still in control of my body instead of the other way around.
Stay healthy, safe and sane with lots of love from Australia ❤️😊

Speaking of tubing mascaras... The maybelline sky high that went viral on tiktok is deff a tubing mascara. Idk why they don't market it that way it why anyone is talking about it. All I keep seeing is how hard it is to remove! It's not hard when you treat it like a tubing formula! It doesn't budge through an oil cleanse!

OK these ideas are not new at all but something about the way you present this information to your audience... from the tone to the word choice it just all resonates so insanely deep with me.
I know I’m not crazy because the other day I was playing your video on how to stop picking your face and the psychology behind it...and my boyfriend goes “wow this woman must be one of the best beauty channels on CZcams because this info is what you’ve been needing for awhile” for him to say that is truly insane because he is (really you guys) the smartest most critical thinker I’ve ever met.. and although a lot of it may seem so obvious, again something about the way you make it so simple just CLICKS. So yeah just wanted to share that and thank you AGAIN, I’ll keep thanking you a million times, for going beyond on this channel .....Kackie I would follow you (almost) anywhere. And promise to really stop annoying your comments section haha I’m just so happy I found you this year, thank you for helping me to become a more aware person! Then I stopped makeup all together bc I had another baby and just didn’t have time for it anymore. I needed the sleep more than I needed to fix my face everyday. Lol. I still have acne scars and the occasional breakout. But I definitely want to start wearing a little makeup but I need help bc I don’t know any in between. How do you do “light” makeup?? My daughter has decided that she really wants to get into makeup. Do you have and beginner formulas/products. hahaha do you have a target or a walmart? even CVS or walgreens. I think for a young girl a tinted moisturizer like the cover girl clean skin milk would be great, the elf hydrating camo concealer is lovely if she's got anything she wants more coverage on, milani makes great blushes and lip glosses, elf has great eyeshadows and brow products, and the hard candy mascara is pretty decent for a drugstore tubing formula. i think you can get the eco products sponges and brushes at target, and those are on amazon with less anxiety about skin matching haha. Good luck!

Do you know her skin type? Oily, dry, combo? Also, are you looking for clean beauty or open to other options?

What suggestions do you have for SPF before makeup for combo/oily skin? I have also been on the hunt for a tinted moisturizer/ light coverage foundation that’s quick and easy to apply. I want to try the fenty but it’s out of stock in my shade. The ilia doesn’t seem to be the best for my skin type and it does have a few comedogenic ingredients. But I really want a no fuss complexion product that will work with my skin type and cover my redness but not cake face.
And I’ve been struggling with trying to find SPF that will work underneath a primer (I have large pores and acne scars or else I’d just skip primer) and then be able to apply a complexion product on top of the spf and primer layer. I would like a natural finish. Not straight up matte but not super glowy either. Any suggestions/tips would be sooooo appreciated!

Also, I’m cool toned. Which seems to be hard to find in tinted moisturizer as most of them are warm. ;(

Check how Angie from hot and flashy. She tests mineral sunscreens under foundation (not sure about primer). I wear Australian Gold. It's tinted, gives me enough coverage and I just spot conceal. It has a blurring effect and it comes in 3 shades. It's perfect for my oily skin. It's quite heavy so I can't imagine wearing it under primer and foundation, but I think it's lovely on it's own.

I am someone who has oily skin in the t-zone area and I use Bliss Block Star invisible daily sunscreen. It is a tinted mineral sunscreen with SPF 30. And it gives a matted finish. I end up not using any other complexion products on top. You can buy it at Target.

@@natnguyen4052 thank you! I have tried the Australian gold. I do love it on its own. The only downfall for me is that it separates. :( maybe I need to figure out how to set it so it doesn’t break up. I work inside so I only reapply once throughout the day. Do you set it with powder? Thank you for responding!!

@@bfields8943 I actually just picked this up from target. Haven’t tried it yet. I wished there wasnt lavender oil in it. Cause I am prone to sensitivity bc of being on prescription Retin-a. So I try to be careful with essential oils and fragrance. But I am more excited to open it up and give it a try! Thank you for responding!!
