Bleach isn't a hard show to follow . The story isn't great . It's really just alot of fights that make the show so isn't suprising. Also the power scale is always all over the place so it's throwing them off

Aizen becomes a god, well, you know how that plays out. Bleach is purely about the fights, the story sucks.

To be fair that’s after the first Invasion. The Visored did actually, hold off a few Sternritter, then distracted Gerard for a good bit. Don’t forget the fact that they were instrumental to helping with Urahara’s plan. And Kensei did train Hisagi, which is what lead to his Bankai in CFYOW I believe. But it’s almost nothing, they were done dirty.
Ukitake is the most useless and weakest burden lol. He only gets hyped up and that's it. He gets fodderized by Wonderweiss, off panel fights and couldnt even save his vice captain. Love atleast put a fight. I will acknowledge Rose is almost as useless as Ukitake along with Kensei.
Honestly, Rob’s been kinda lazy lately, just throwing out his phrases “X is trash” or “better than Akatsuki” or “Willpower”, and dozing off during shows. Hope he perks back up and gets invested in stuff.
The problem with Bleach in this arc, is that since Ichigo is the MC, his fights are more flashy, and his powers and attacks are more about brute strenght, just like his enemies, so it give the impresion that they are more powerfull. But the Captains and other Espadas, when they fight, their battle is more about hax, strategies and match ups, not just brute power and flashy moves. The top 3 espadas where not even fighting seriously, they were just flexing their power, doing something cool sometimes, but never in offense for real, since Kubo dindt want to kill his characters.

To be fair that’s after the first Invasion. The Visored did actually, hold off a few Sternritter, then distracted Gerard for a good bit. Don’t forget the fact that they were instrumental to helping with Urahara’s plan. And Kensei did train Hisagi, which is what lead to his Bankai in CFYOW I believe. But it’s almost nothing, they were done dirty.
Ukitake is the most useless and weakest burden lol. He only gets hyped up and that's it. He gets fodderized by Wonderweiss, off panel fights and couldnt even save his vice captain.

Honestly, Rob’s been kinda lazy lately, just throwing out his phrases “X is trash” or “better than Akatsuki” or “Willpower”, and dozing off during shows. Hope he perks back up and gets invested in stuff.
The problem with Bleach in this arc, is that since Ichigo is the MC, his fights are more flashy, and his powers and attacks are more about brute strenght, just like his enemies, so it give the impresion that they are more powerfull. But the Captains and other Espadas, when they fight, their battle is more about hax, strategies and match ups, not just brute power and flashy moves. The top 3 espadas where not even fighting seriously, they were just flexing their power, doing something cool sometimes, but never in offense for real, since Kubo dindt want to kill his characters.
Ichigo is a brute strength type fighter kinda like Kenpachi he doesnt really have hax of any aort he just needs to rely on strategy
It makes Ichigo look like a dull or one dimensional fighter, in comparison
