I am not surprised that Steve handled a lot of corrupted people at once, this kid has got determination that is maybe greater than DD in the original, and I am not surprised that captain took down Steve since they are like.. Best friends, but press F if you wanna pay respect for steve

I know I'm late, but I came across this mod randomly and it was awesome to play through. For what you were trying to do with this mod back then, it was an amazing experience.
tankman put up one hell of a fight, maybe even more than daddy dearest during deathmatch
Well, Tankman still had Steve uncorrupted to motivate himself to beat The Corruption, while Daddy Dearest had noone left.

Holy- GOD DAMN this mod is great! My favourite is Requiem; the beat is great, mix of voices and characters are amazing, the slow progression of getting corrupted, and the final transformation, Steve vs Tankman, Honestly. I haven't heard anything that good since the "VS Whitty: The chase" mod.
I also agree. not a fan of Steve's second song tho

I like the idea that positivity and will are enormous weapons against the corruption, the tankman regularly laugh in the face of death this was just another challenge.

The way Steve’s tone gets softer and how defeated he looks when Captain comes in is heartbreaking! This mod is amazing 🥲
Requiem sounds like it's saying "You can't run anymore" and at the end "I believe you can break free" to John, and "You will not win." to Pico. Really breaks my heart that Steve is trying so hard to save John. Not even his best friend could save him in the end.... damn.

@Mazen Malan Umm... No. His real name is John Captain, and ironically, his rank isn't Captain, that's just his surname. His rank is Sergeant. They call him "Tankman" in FNF because he's a tankman, one of the two main factions in the Tankmen series, the other being the Henchmen.

The reason he probably didn’t bleed out from the arm getting shot off was either the Adrenaline or the corruption stopped him from bleeding out cause they wanted to take him over as tankman was extremely dangerous to the corruption hence they sent their strongest fighters to him, first bf, then pico, and then daddy dearest who all have been strong enough to come back a little bit in songs and fight back the corruption, let alone tankman fully coming back from being fully corrupted all the way after week one shows how powerful he was

This is awesome.
It starts off as one of those crappy ms paint sprite cover up corruption mods with some retrospecter remix but then it starts making its own assets and it makes its own songs which makes it one of the better fan made corruption mods, it’s up there with PieDaDude and DyanEstellas Corruption mods
Ya can't forget Corrupton Rewritten, Renx's Corrupted Whitty, & Sarv Vs Corrupted Skid And Pump! I personally loved those ones.

i wont lie, the mod is good, but i wont resist from pointing out flaws, where did the corrupted bf design from the original vids go, where did the pico sprites from steve vs pico day 1 go, and so fourth, the songs are decently good, actually no very good besides from some i shall not name, Malice and Warzone are my personal favorites, overall a 7/10
