Something is missing here. 1:4 means 1head pan of cement and 4headpans of sand. Meaning that, we have 2headpans of cement in one bag and from your calculations, 4 and half bags of cement should be used instead of 9bags

Grade 25 Mix Proportions is 1:1:2

I think u didn't count the window and door sides plastering too
