Summerlin is a beautiful area my opinion best area of Las Vegas to Live in
I love Summerlin & I've visited many times. The area is always so clean without the trash & litter compared to many other cities. Summerlin is great.

I like la's vega's summerlin i like to move there im from myrtle beach sc. Im on it i mite be moving thete soon thank's i been in arizona scott's dale for 7 year's that's in 2007

I did drive from Vegas Strip to Summerlin will be around 15 mins if u are on 215 HWY

Is it expensive to live in Summerlin?
The same house in Summerlin is about 80 grand more than it would be in Henderson. It's nice here though. A tad bit cooler too since we're at 3100' ft.
What is the crime like there? Pretty safe?
