- I finally react to "Battle for Dream Island Again" aka BFDIA (and BFDI Season 2). After finishing the original Battle for Dream Island (BFDI) series, I was told there was... MORE! The direct sequel to BFDI - BFDIA has the objects of the first BFDI Season 1 to compete (again) in new challenges to find out who the winner will be of Dream Island! New objects such as Ruby, Book, Donut, Puffball, Dora, Bomby and more join the previous cast of characters such as Firey, Teardrop, Leafy, Bubble, Pin, etc. After watching, I mean playing BFDIA 5b, we are back with BFDIA 5c, BFDIA 5d and BFDIA 5e to finish the original and unfinished run of Battle for Dream Island Again!

I would calmly disagree on continuing on the other seasons, instead of the newer episodes of BFDIA people are saying that the newer episodes have spoilers which no it’s just foreshadowing so I would just suggest watching the newer episodes first!

Here's the order of each season:
- Season 1: BFDI
- Season 2: BFDIA (on going)
- Season 3: IDFB (There's only one episode so far, but will be picked back up)
- Season 4: BFB
- Season 5: TPOT (on going)
And as an extra bit of info, the main reason for Jack'n'Jellify going on hiatus was because they were focused on school

Back then we thought idfb would be the one returning. But it was bfdia which breaks a lot of things. IDFB took place after it was discontinued. They're still in yoyleland and ruby has the bfdia 6 voting results.@@noob8bitking103
DON'T skip BFDIA 6 to 9!
They were made to be watched after BFDIA 5. And if you were to skip and come back to them later, you'd probably forget alot of stuff that happened during the season. I keep seeing people say there are "spoilers", but there's no such thing, only foreshadowing, and like i said before, these episodes were made to be watched after BFDIA 5.
BFDIA 6 literally spoils the final episodes of BFB by showing that the announcer is still on earth. Also, BFDIA is meant to be watched alongside TPOT because TPOT episodes regularly reference BFDIA episodes (rocky getting out and hot sauce’s corpse).
@@Zach-804 Like I said, that's not spoiling, that's foreshadowing, and i highly doubt Mairusu would even remember that by the time he gets near the end of BFB. And i don't see how TPOT referencing BFDIA means you have to watch TPOT and BFDIA together, episodes reference other episodes all the time, it doesn't mean you have to watch the episode it references beforehand
@@Zach-804...Wha- When does it... it never says that he is on earth in bfdia6, it just shows him briefly. Also, the shades house is decrepit, and they say Rocky was eliminated "so long ago in bfdia" in tpot 8, although, there was an inconsistency in bfb with it still being the steakhouse, and spongy was eliminated 4 times (could change later to 5) but, other than that, there is nothing saying that bfdia 6+ was supposed to be viewed after bfb. Trust me, I've watched every. Last. Episode.

Dunno if you'll see this but letting you know, BFDIA 6 takes place right after BFDIA 5e despite it's recent release which is why I recommend watching it right after BFDIA 5e. IDFB 1 on the other hand happens a couple years after BFDIA 5e and BFB 1 takes place a couple years after IDFB 1 despite both of these episodes releasing before BFDIA 6.

FINALLY! Awesome reaction and can’t wait for the next. I suggest you to not skip and watch BFDIA 6 onwards as there are major events and a whole bunch of stuff in the past that you don’t wanna miss on. Let’s see if this time we actually get 8K quickly...

Regarding what to watch next - I don’t know what everyone else’s creds are but I’ve personally been watching BFDI since early 2015 (BFDIA 5e was actually the most recently released episode at the time) so hopefully that means I have a good second opinion.
I’d say it’s probably for the best if you just kept on going in season order (BFDIA 6 onwards - IDFB - BFB - TPOT). I think jumping around would probably be confusing to a new fan who isn’t as familiar with the show’s history and you wouldn’t really gain much from doing so. The change between old and new BFDIA might be a little jarring but I still think it’s the best way to progress.

@@mite3959 I think we’re inevitably gonna encounter some degree of confusion whatever the approach is because, frankly, as happy as I am that BFDIA is back, this series has never been less accessible to newcomers than it is right now.
With that being said, the events of the rest of BFDIA will have basically zero impact from BFB onwards. He can finish up the current episodes, and IDFB, then move on to BFB and go back and react to each new BFDIA episode as they come out. It’s clear enough that that the seasons take place at different points in time, which is why I think that’s the best way.

When the like goal is reached surely you're able to watch 3-4 of the newer BFDIA episodes, cause the next like goal might take a long time so it's probably best to watch alot of episodes at once so it doesn't take too long to finish all of BFDIA (currently)

BFDIA is still ongoing. By the time I posted this comment it would be episode 10 now.
JnJ made BFDIA incomplete back in 2013 was because of school and they got demonetized by CZcams.
Luckily after a few months, they managed to get the channel back on track after CZcams reinstated their revenue.
Also, here are some other things I would recommend:
1. I recommend watching other non-canon BFDI videos/shorts, because it does make up the lore on the canon episodes. (mostly subscriber specials)
2. BFDIA 5b is a game. Currently, it remained unfinished, especially the last level, which was impossible until maybe the 2020s? I don't know. But the last level is currently still possible.
3. Other seasons:
- Season 4: BFB (Battle for BFDI/BFB*)
*: You will understand why there are 2 names. I'm not that guy who wants to spoil.
- Season 5: TPOT (Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two)
BFB IS SO GOOD
EPIC!!!! I think you should watch bfdia 6-9 (it's fully canon and continiues the story from 5e) , so you can have a scope how much the voice acting and animation has changed. But i warn you, the episodes are long!

Congrats on getting through all of BFDIA 5! I would definitely recommend continuing the series before moving on, so you’ll be able to vote on the next episode when it comes out! There’s also some continuity bits in there that won’t be understood if you just skip to IDFB.

Nice to see this series again! About what to watch next, I think you should continue watching BFDIA since it *is* next in the chronological order. After that, you should watch IDFB (which currently there's only one episode, but there'll probably be more considering how BFDIA was picked up) then BFB and TPOT. Technically, TPOT and the second half at BFB (which starts at episode 17, or I guess 16), happen concurrently, but it's probably best to watch TPOT after BFB because the only episode that comes out chronologically between BFB episodes is the first one.

I know the show got discontinued and then got picked back up a couple months ago but you should just continue BFDIA up until episode 9 (the current episode). After BFDIA is IDFB with only one episode. BFB comes next and then during the end of BFB comes the first episode of TPOT and then the rest of TPOT takes place after BFB but I’d just start TPOT after BFB
There is actually more BFDIA, since BFDIA returned, BFDIA 6, 7, 8, and 9 has right now released, and more in the near future! So don't stop there, fellow person!😜😊

The "spoilers" people are mostly talking about in BFDIA 6-9 aren't necessarily spoilers, they're just a few references that work both ways. You'll just have a different reaction to them depending on if you skip to IDFB or not. like you either get a nostalgia or realization factor
If you do end up watching IDFB next instead, people will recommend you to watch BFDIA 6 after TPOT 6, then BFDIA 7 after TPOT 7 and so fourth because that's how it was uploaded but also to avoid 1 small spoiler

Actually now I've just remembered a specific scene in TPOT 8 that has spoilers for BFDIA 7, yeah no there is a wrong way to watch BFDI. If you really don't want to move onto BFDIA 6 and you instead want to watch IDFB 1 next you have to watch the newer BFDIA stuff before moving onto TPOT/after finishing BFB at minimum or else you'll get spoiled.

Great video! Also if you end up trying other object show here are some tips.
1: Inanimate insanity is a popular second object show. It has about the same theme until season 2 which gets morbid. But not even close to as morbid as-
2: Be cautious of one. It is the most morbid object show i know of. It is not jokey. It is not cartoony. It is psychological horror and depression.
3: some shows are great in other language with subtitles such as cfmot. Cfmot is possibly my favorite object show and it is in russian! It has a astonishingly unique artstyle and characters get practically equal screen time. Though it is not for younger audiences as it has some stornger words used.

You need to watch IDFB, the only episode, then bfb, and the TPOT. If you don’t do it in that order, there’s gonna be a lot of stuff that doesn’t make sense to you.

Dont know if youll see this, but I suggest doing BFDIA 6-9. You might not get some references to current episodes, but mostly foreshadowing, and it's easier to watch them now than pick up on them again after TPOT. I personally find those some of the best episodes of the entire series! Its great to watch you react to them!
