They Live in You - Speedpaint

First time I ever recorded myself paint *-*
It was such a fun experience! At first it made me feel a bit self-conscious, but then I completely forgot about it for the most part.

Story:
I imagine Mufasa would take the cubs for walks at night to show them the night sky. Simba and Nala will never forget these nights even after he's long gone.
About the art:
While I may have hated the 2019 remake, it inspired me to draw lion king characters again. For those who don't know, lion king was the first "fandom" I was ever in, and it was the main reason I started taking drawing seriously (so I could draw the characters for my sisters :) ) so this is a nice trip down memory lane.

For a while I decided to avoid drawing lions as a way to move out of my comfort zone, but gosh, I missed drawing them!
About the process:
I want to make more art and art-focused videos so I decided to shoot a speedpainting video.
I'm nor sure I did everything right. If you have experience you could help me:
Is this the usual speed or could I speed it up some more? I had to do quite a lot of cutting and even so it's 10+ minutes, while I'd want 5-6 or 7-8 at most. Or should i just paint quicker? :DD
Is the motion blur annoying when I'm panning around the canvas? can anything be done about that?
Etc:
Time it took: about 4 hours in the span of 2 days
At the end I went back to color the lines and fix some stuff with the background but I didn't record that.
I have 2 other scenes like this that i will soon upload once I finish their backgrounds.
I will eventually make these videos with non-copyrighted songs, but come on.. lion king art without lion king music?
(The world would be much better if we could just make these kinds of videos and use other people's stuff with credits given, but no. Capitalism must destroy all art. Screw capitalism.)
I really wanted to include the 2019 remake of they 'Live in You' - it's probably the only good thing to come out of that film :D
