I agree especially now that I do recipe reviews as well. Alot of people don’t realize how much money/time goes into these recipes/editing. I still have yet to drop 200 on a parm block though. 😂. He wraps everything together so nicely too. Im sure thats hours of b roll footage he needs to go through for a 20 minute video.

I'm a silent viewer of David ever since he started making and testing tasty recipes on yt and I'm really proud of him for all of his achievements and also the improvement of his cooking skills! I remember him really struggling a lot back then but now he's such a fantastic cook now! I'm really proud of him, it's like watching your son grow up lmao 🥺🥺

When you make proper alfredo (no cream!), you need to add the cheese slowly as you toss it, not all at once! That's why your cheese is clumping together. Nice video though :)
And because he is tossing it over the fire. Higher temperatures cause cheese to separate.

I love seeing all the different ways people make things. It's a great way to get ideas on how you want to make it which you did in the end and you seemed very pleased with the outcome. I rarely cook things "exactly" how a recipe states because I either do not have all the ingredients or I don't like an ingredient that is in the recipe so I will improvise. I am rarely disappointed with the changes.
