Lol hello my fellow pickle lovers who must be extremely bored 😂
Hi :)
I love pickles
Greetings!
Pick me up to eat pickled pizza
Haha
Sometimes we take it for granted when we go into the market and our food is magically there but forget what it takes from the beginning all the hard working people out there in the fields and factories. Thank you !
I mean technically, we dont really take it for granted, we pay money and then that money goes to the whole production, workforce etc...
Who else was eating a pickle and wondered how they were made?
Yess literally rn 😂
Me
Yeah because my fam all doubted me that they were cucumbers
Chewing as I type
Not me. I'm just wondering how rancid this place must smell.
It’s 1 in the morning rn and I just decided to eat a pickle and then I wondered how is a pickle made and now I’m here
U wake up early
Food production on a large scale in the US is truly amazing. When you think about all the different types and volume of food we consume, the effort it takes, makes you grateful to be here.
That’s a factory located in Russia) you can clearly see Russian branding on those jars 😅
Me narrating in my head: first, the cucumbers are sprayed with a liquid for a reason. Next, the cucumbers are placed in bath of liquid for a different, other reason

Damn Al, brutal truth, lol. But hey, at least we have the non-copyrighted music to tap our toes to. 😂

This is beautiful😅 Thank you to all the hard workers who make the most delicious treat I would love to work here
All the pickles you can eat 😋
😈
Need a voice over or captions to explain what each step is and why it is done.
You know what I love about pickles? It is like a fruit and a drink.
I'm happy to know that pickles get a spa day before they become my breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Sometimes they even become a sextoy.
This film could have been more informative
I love a good pickle with a cold glass of fresh lemonade on a hot day.
Woof!
Had me wondering why my jar wasn’t stuffed like these jars lol I feel robbed 😭
Love these hardworking men and women together with the machines!
I love pickles especially in my sandwiches!
And if ppl say there's a shortage of pickles, they need to come to this video and be in disbelief all they want while we eat pickles.. 😂

Machine does everything nothing hard work about it
Isn't it fascinating how we stroll through markets, finding food neatly stacked on shelves, forgetting the incredible journey it undertakes to reach our plates? Behind every meal lies the dedication of hardworking individuals toiling in fields and factories. Let's take a moment to appreciate the agricultural marvels that make our lives so abundant. Gratitude to those who labor tirelessly to nourish us. Thank you for keeping the world fed
It's amazing how the humble cucumber turns into pickles and relish and is served everywhere.
Id love to know the pickle recipe and how the pickles are fermented. Ive tried making mine at home but they are never as crunchy as shop bought ones.
Have to add pickle crisp. I add 1 tsp per quart. I can about 6-8 quarts a year canning.
the most hype music for factory making stuff video ever!
The people that create these systems that bring us food consistently, easily, and affordably deserve to be rich. I just picked up 2 1qt glass jars of delicious baby dill pickles at costco for 6$ in 2023… even with recent inflation, at no other time in history has this been possible. Its crazy to think that in other non industrialized countries people are starving due to a lack of innovation, corruption, and laziness. I pray for Africa and parts of the middle east and south america
Just ate half of a jar of pickles watching this😋
4:48 Hats off to the pickle factory fork-lift drivers! Those pallets of pickle jars look really unstable.
Learning to love Aunt Bea’s pickles ❤️
Those Kerosene Cucumbers? 🔥😂
I watched this and said to myself, no way that's the US with those uniforms. It's Poland. Great looking pickles I must say!
Thanks to all of those who work their butts off every day to provide the food we eat.
So do they start out as regular cucumber size and shrink to small size once they pickle?
Once they get cold, they shrink.
@Bad Lieutenant LOVELY
Just do more research., Everyone has jokes LoL
@LuciaBauza No they are special cucumbers called pickling cucumbers.
@Bad Lieutenant that what?
Eye Love Pickles 😂🙌🏾🙌🏾
That's why I love Western nations. Everything is so clean.
*It's currently 1 AM, and I randomly decided to snack on a pickle. Then, I got curious about how pickles are made, and here I am now. 😄🥒*
The production line is so modern thank you to the person who created it
Np
Who else is not eating a pickle right now but needs one asap now 🙋🏼 lol
Love them pickles. Think I’ll have a few now.
i love pickles. thanks for this video❤️
Thank you to the workers!
I love pickles always have

THIS VIDEO BRINGS BACK THE SWEET MEMORIES OF WHEN MY DAD WOULD DO PICKLES IN THE OAK BARREL ONE FOR DILL PICKLES AND ONE FOR SWEET PICKLES
Now, just make this a standard for EACH AND EVERY SMALL. TOWN VILLIAGE, and, most important,,, Share!!!! Love You All!!!
Wow amazing machine who is the inventor this is really helpful to all farmers thank you to the inventor
i never knew there was a pickle fanbase before i got curious and searched for this video while enjoying my jar of pickles, currently enjoying about half a jar right now 💀
Very fun video. Great camera work. Nice clean facilities. Hard fast pace work.
Great video.. but what’s up with the unnecessary music
Sorry for that
@@WondasticTech still was great
I’d rather hear the music than just dead silence or random noises here and there of machines
There is no rainbow in a life
without agriculture.
Anyone else just want to hear some passionate pickle enthusiasts talk about making pickles in bulk? 😅
Im here cause I really dont know how they are made lol (aka I searches this up)
Well they’re not made per say but grown and harvested
There was a time when that plant could be picked 4 times
Can we all appreciate the lack of commentary or narration? Just outline the process of anything via visuals and some chill background music and we're good!
Great production on a fantastic product, Wondastic Tech!
After a night of drinking and smoking I find myself here wishing I was there, wanting to bask in the sour and crunchy glory that is the dill pickle.
Those cucumbers look good I love cucumbers and salt I love ❤ pickles they are so good
I love Kosher Dill pickles. I love the baby pickles as well as the larger ones. When I eat them, one is not enough. I often wonder why pickles are not made with full size cucumbers. Maybe companies assume they are too big to bite into.
Um
😂😂😂😂
Texas pickles and gas station pickles are full size
The small one are used for pickles, I grew the bigger one and when I was looking up the recipe the woman said the small ones are better for pickles, so next time God's willing I will try and grow both, growing your own taste so much better, my friend said this is the best cucumber she ever ate
The processing time to can them would cook them too much and they would be mushy
This is beautiful video which teach us about the natural product
Wow! I came across this video looking for information on making dill pickles at home. I'm so impressed with the engineering involved that we could all have delicious dill pickles. It's interesting what parts of the process still need human Assistance and what parts are relegated to machines
So, neat video. But, I'd rather have a narrative voice over. Without understanding, this process has no context.
I just joined the pickle club recently. Hated them as a kid but now i crush some kosher dill picklessssss
I like that they make the workers dress like pickles.
Technologies are super helpful for humankind
i think i want to know also where all this things are made - the country they are made
I never knew pickles were cucumbers 😭
DUDE SAME
Fun fact: I never knew that pickles were actually cucumbers until recently 😂.
Amazing Music! 🎶
Super satisfying to watch. Delicious
Me high eat a pickle wondering “mmm what is pickles made of”🤔🤣
Me too hahaha
Look how automated the machines are I love every process is automation and there are only little human efforts putting in
humans don't want to or can't put in the effort. Hard to find good workers.
@@yettimannettii2039 I worked at Paramount in the 1980's as a teenager through a temp service. Did everything from kicking pickles out of the back of trucks into the vats, to fishing rats out of them. Good times!
Smart work..thank you!! 🤗🤗🤗
I like pickles. Thanks for making them. 👍👍
Today I learned that pickles are cucumbers
Вы попробуйте малосольные огурцы. Это взрыв вкуса. Они вкуснее настоящих!!!
I work at a pickle factory and me make ours wayyyy different these workers have it easy 😅
This kinda looks Romanian or Russia…lol
@@kbflorida888 ft b
you ever have to fish rats out of the vats? I literally had that job at Paramount Louisville back in the 80's, and that wasn't the worst thing that went into the vats..... Never wanted to eat a pickle ever again after working there....
@@billybatson8657 rats no, but try dead birds
I knew I shouldn't have watched... now my mouth won't stop watering... guess it's time for a pickle.

theme song seems completely out of place. but anyway, didn't learn much from this mtv music video.

With this Dinosaur Jr-esque sound track, this is basically asmr.
The people who made this beautiful music are in pickle costumes i imagine
I came here because I saw a video where a girl was like “how do they find such big pickles?” And someone said “I like the idea of someone going into a forest and picking the biggest one” and I realized I don’t know how pickles are made. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.:)
i love dill pickles YUMM
First summer outta high school I worked at a pickle plant that made and packed all kinds of pickles. Back in the eary 70s. Wasn't anything like this. Cukes were offloaded from 18 wheelers, taken by forklift to the tank farm and dumped into huge wood stave brine tanks, the tanks were capped, salinity readings were taken every day and adjusted according to the chemist's instructions, removed from the tank when the brining process was complete for the type of pickles desired, packed in jars, the jars were labeled and boxed, the boxes loaded onto more 18 wheelers, and taken to the stores. And that ain't all that was involved. Work in the tank farm was dangerous and nasty as hell. BTW, only later did I learn that this plant was an environmental nightmare because of all the waste brine water that was being dumped into the local water supply.
I eat this type of pickles raw with hummus. They're awesome.
🤔... I'm going to try them with hummus. I eat them with salty or cheddar flavored rice cakes 😋
@@Amarmi579 i can also recommend cream cheese. For me, anything that's even slightly creamy and contains oil/fat and flavour works well with pickles and crispy cucumbers
My ass thought pickles was its own species of vegetable 😭
What a wonderful harvest! How many cucumbers!🥒🥒🥒😉👍👍👍
Every time I see a pickle, I think of Aunt Bee’s “kerosene cucumbers” on the Andy Griffith show! 😂
Is it a compilation from different countries productions?) Were surprised by typical american farmer in first part and russian factory in the end :)
I thought pickles had to soak in the brine for weeks or months, but this makes it look like it's field to jar in a couple hours
I'm eating a pickle right now
Mustard pickles are my favorite 😋
I love pickles 😍😍😍
Thank you for telling us👍👍
I love pickles especially Nathan's of Garretsville Ohio.

I remember picking cucumbers by hand in triple digit weather when I was in fifth grade. Of all the picking I did, that was the worst. Especially without tools of any kind.
Blueberry is the easiest. Made enough to buy a GiJoe vehicle that summer.
It must have been cold at over -100 degree weather!
