FYI Max Mittelman, his EN VA, suggested the beatbox during the recording session. The original idea was that Itto would just sing regular Happy Birthday but badly for comedic effect, so he said "Ok but what if I don't do that and beatbox instead" and they went with the beatboxing version after they heard it.
