I had the same initial underwhelming impression, and had to overspray a little, but after couple of wearing I came to love the dry down of this perfume. It's the best part of it.
I think this first batch will definitely cause a reformulation to become more powerful in longevity and projection. It seems to be a wonderful scent people do like but everyone is complaining. Here’s hoping it gets fixed🤞Terrible shame, V&R are a great house. I personally love Spice Bomb Extreme, Infrared EDP, and Night Vision EDT

Spot on. I managed to get this early, a few weeks back. I prioritise self-sniffing over anything, in fact I tend to be self-conscious of my fragrance projecting too much. But this was by far the quietest, faintest scent I've tried. What I could smell was really nice but it completely lacked presence and was reliant on the deepest sniffs I could muster. Suffice to say I sold this on almost immediately.
Funny enough with this one, I get the same thing when I spray it on paper - absolutely NO PRESENCE, and NO 'UMPH' factor whatsoever. But, when I sprayed atleast 7-8 sprays between skin and clothing, the fragrance definitely becomes more alive. Scent profile is really nice, but projection-wise? Many will be quite disappointed with this one. 🥴👍🏻

I completely agree with on this fragrance. Went to Macy's and tried it on skin and the performance was abysmal, virtually nonexistent. Couldn't smell it in the air or anything. Looks like i won't be picking this one up

I do enjoy the spicebomb line, esp the extreme, its overhyped but it has character to me and a clear personality, so i was excited for this release, thought maybe something a tad less “basic” and more edgy, i was pretty dissapointed ngl, there is nothing dark or leather abt it 😂
