"Nature Deficit Disorder" and a walk in the woods

I recently listened to Richard Louv's book "The Last Child in the Woods: Saving Our Children from Nature-deficit Disorder.” Then, I took a walk on the Appalachian Trail to help reduce my own nature-deficit disorder.
