The Govt policy works on Americans! It does not want you to drink sugared water, and makes it pricy to dissuade you!

I lived in Italy 69-72. Gasoline was very high. Is gas in Norway expensive now too ?

Yes, it was very expensive. It seems to be running about $6.42 right now where we stayed in Alesund.
