As a person who had to walk miles to fetch water at young age in some unsafe areas very early in the morning and sometimes very late in the evening after school. I’m very grateful to people helping build wells in countries and communities in need of it like mine.

it's really good to find this program from 6 months BEFORE Megan met Harry. It really tells us that she's been someone interested in causes on her own. For all those m'align comments that she's "pretending"to be interested now to catch Harry. They are alike, have common interests to improve the life of others. Women's and girls' empowerment are still at the core of her causes. I believe Harry's passion for vets, climate, animal protection, and mental health will remain as well. The action to see that change will be different but nevertheless as important. Are you referring to the fact she's American, not royal blood? She's divorced? The difference is that Harry is #5 in line, he'll never serve anyway so the Queen "may" allow it but she'll make them wait like she did to Charles who was also divorced as was Camilla because they were fooling around. The Queen allowed them but then her Uncle got into trouble, however, she dissed her sister who wanted to marry and she wouldn't let her. So it depends on the Queen's whim. Kate plants trees, cuts ribbons, christens ships, goes to tennis and polo or sailing and the list goes on of "meaningless" activities that won't ever improve the quality of anyone's life. Meghan goes to Africa in 100 degree heat to bring water to dying people, and she did that BEFORE she ever met Harry. She is his equal partner and he has stated that she has encouraged him to speak openly about how traumatic losing his mother was and how he sought help to get through it years later. Meghan will enhance the family and Harry clearly loves her very much. I wish people would leave both of them alone and allow them to find their way, whatever that may be!

Seems like she always had a man or publicity companies behind her, helping her. That's possibly why she comes off inauthentic if she hasn't rehearsed something. I was fascinated to learn recently that from way back in the 1930's, the starlets that did promos/photo ops for charities or a 'cause' became way more popular especially if they didn't have the 'it factor' or were trying to rehabilitate their image. I can see how it would've worked after watching this.

I, for instance, could have gone much deeper into these answers - and this is not even my field. The general population is just easily impressed- the minority of very smart people, know that she is a pseudo influencer. She likes writing letters.

Different from many Americans, Meghan is well informed about different places and cultures of the world. I loved it when she did not just agree with Mr. King that Saudi Arabia is the worst place for women equality. She said it is relative and that we need to consider culture because for some cultures equality can be viewed differently and it working for the people (women and men) there.
