Please make your question a bit clear.
Do you want to freshen wilted leaves and flowers within a video? Or do you want to brighten their colours? The first thing can only be done through manipulation: you have to superimpose fresh things on top of wilted ones. New AI tools can do that better than professional video editors (but they demand money). If the question is how to brighten up dull looking flowers and leaves, VSDC has many options. I will answer that question if you confirm that.

@@goyatayurveda In photos, such colour corrections and other effects are easy but they need a lot of work on videos.
In VSDC, there are some easy tricks to do this, without knowing high level of editing or buying premium plan. However, it will be difficult to explain it in this reply, because you will understand them only with screen recordings. Let me make a small video on this and post on the channel. Hope, that will serve your purpose.
