The Williams car driving past the scene just after Ratzenberger hit the wall is NOT Ayrton Senna, it is Damon Hill. Senna was in the pits at the time of the accident ready to go out for another qualifying run.
Meu Deus!
This particular clip of Senna reacting to Ratz crash was part of a video I saw highlighting lost F1 drivers. I kept watching it asking who is that Man? I have learned a lot since then about this Brazilian National Treasure. What a fascinating life, a life well lived!! And sadly, a death mourned worldwide. Men like Senna have been so rare in history, that when they do come along, the impact of their life and death touches a worldwide audience. We all need a hero and Senna is mine. R.I.P.
Perhaps he did but it wasn't a literal comment. Have a look at other versions of the same clip you are using which run slower. It is clearly a dark blue and white helmet in the Williams that passes in front of Ratzenberger, NOT the yellow of Senna. Also immediately before the cut to the accident, the focus was on Damon's qualifying lap which he'd just completed.
