- Donald Trump no longer has to violate the gag order against him because his family and friends are doing it for him. This week, both Eric Trump and Donald Junior appeared to violate the gag order by attacking witnesses and the family of the judge, respectively. Eric's might be a little bit more severe considering the fact that he actually attacked the witness - Michael Cohen - while posting on social media from inside the courtroom. Them going after the Judge's daughter is such an own goal. If they just went after Cohen they could have said 'Our father is not responsible for our actions' but because they went after the daughter then they have tacitly argued that parents are responsible for their children's actions.

If Trump really believed in his attacks on witnesses he would vocalize them regardless of the consequences. Take for instance John Lewis or other transformative leaders, they stand up for what they believe without fear of repercussions.
