What I have isn't a body lift, but it's not really a true suspension lift either. The front and back have to be treated separately because they are different suspension types. So in the front where there's coil springs, I have lift spindles which move the point where the wheels attach down 3" but the suspension is otherwise the same. In the back I have 3" blocks between the leaf springs and the axle.

I like your truck dude. I want to get a lift but im not sure if i should get a body or suspension. What do you have?
Is this the ranger with the lockright?
