Would you recommend applying to lots of banks- because I’ve heard that in the interview you will be asked how many banks you’re interviewing at, will this harm your chances if you say you’ve applied to loads.

Im a Croatian Australian. Cro unis aren't that recognised so id suggest doing exchange in london and applying for relevant internships

I'm an international student and need visa sponsorship, but a lot of the times, companies basically hang up and don't hear all of my achievements. Thank you!!
Don't mention the fact that you need visa sponsorship. Enter the selection process and, if you make it through, you let them know that you are an international student. If you start by saying things that make the employer work more, you are less likely to be selected.
Sounds obvious but sometimes it isn't. Hope to be of some kind of help.
