The UGM-133A Trident II, or Trident D5 is a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM), built by Lockheed Martin Space Systems in Sunnyvale, California, and deployed with the American and British navies. It was first deployed in March 1990, and remains in service.
The Trident II Strategic Weapons System is an improved SLBM with greater accuracy, payload, and range than the earlier Trident C-4. It is a key element of the U.S. strategic nuclear triad and strengthens U.S. strategic deterrence. The Trident II is considered to be a durable sea-based system capable of engaging many targets.
It enhances the U.S. position in strategic arms negotiation with performance and payload flexibility that can accommodate active treaty initiatives (see New START). The Trident II's increased payload allows nuclear deterrence to be accomplished with fewer submarines, and its high accuracy - approaching that of land-based missiles - enables it to be used as a first strike weapon.

It's about the US-American Titan II ICBM and I have adressed a lot of the issues mentioned in the comments below.
This Trident II was my first project and I still lacked a lot of knowledge about ICBMs, so I got a lot wrong.
But I consider my Titan II the best of the three, I have put in a ton more detail and its almost precisely accurate to the real life equivalent in terms of weight, fuel and such and so on.
For example in this video you will notice that the first and second stage deplete almost immediatly which is entirely wrong. Thats because the fuel amounts relative to the size of the tanks is pretty unrealistic in SimpleRockets 2.
I can also recommend the R-7 Semyorka, which is the ICBM version of the Soyuz Rocket, if you wanna see the awesome Korolev Cross in effect:

All in all I recommend this particular video the least because its a beginners craft with many flaws. 😄

Hell yeah. Warheads on foreheads. Brings back good and bad memories of my early 20s. When I was in the Navy, I always said that I specialized in urban redevelopment and glass parking lot construction.

Flight path was not correct. Nose fairing is jettisoned a lot sooner than wha was shown. The ES flies backward and releases each warhead, doesn’t shoot....
Thing is the Trident II D-5 can carry up to 14 MIRVS.. With the treaty though the max aloud is 8 warheads per-missile..
So negotiations broke Down on certain issues, and you were just nudging them back to the Table with a more clear vision?

All SLBM’s with the range like that of Trident II, are *technically* ICBM’s, because there range is the same/close as a ICBM.

The Trident II is techically a SLBM (Sub-launched Ballistic Missile) Because it's launched from American Ohio-class & British Vanguard-class submarines, AKA, "boomers". Minuteman IIIs Are an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile), Which are launched from silos.
