Rory is the only one who can reign in the drama queen that is Paris Gellar,with her cool head,sympathetic ear and steadfast presence. If they were the two top officers of seaQuest,Rory would get the nod to be the boat's captain,otherwise Paris couldn't be trusted with 24 SLBM's.
I heard about this show, never watched it. However, (Paris), Liza Weil makes me want to watch it. Will her character appear enough for me to sit through that Gilmore Girl/ mom and daughter back and forth. She seems pretty amped up! That door slam with the heels is EPIC!

Although I thought the script was 9 years too late, it would make sense that Rory has trouble with men, her father was never around. She would have either gone down the path she went down or she would have had been alone with severe commitment issues. If you ignore the time gap the scenes are easier to adjust.
paris is so funny. i wish she had more scenes visiting rory in stars hollow so she could interact with the townspeople like taylor, luke, jess, mrs. kim and kirk. paris sleeping over at lorelai's house for a weekend and going to a town meeting would have been hilarious
