I totally agree with you, it's not Fernando's fault, but his win will always have that stain (or * :)) of not 100% winning every match in the top cut. It's a shame things went this way, because it sucks for everyone whose involved. But I think the only real person we can sort of blame is Ian. I can understand you can do things in the moment, especially winning a top 8 match in worlds. But you're on a chair for millions of people (and children) to see. You've got to censor yourself a little bit.

Today, I was 1 damage counter from 4-1 and one turn (bad brick at start) from 5-0. Would love some input on my deck as both Cups had people around me watching the deck and asking for the list

Its insane to me that i was playing Roaring Moon Ex (right after rotation from having Galarian Moltres V) and it did really good, i used Dudunsparce for draw 3 and free retreat, but ended up making a list close to the Worlds winner. I dropped the deck for Chien-pao and never revisited it. Was truly baffled it made top and even made 2nd.

I'm mostly playing Raging Bolt ex and I'm looking to build Regidrago. As a bonus I'm updating my Miraidon deck as that's the first one I started with when I started playing this past March. :)
Not meta but i have been having great results with Dialga VStar Love that deck Specially now that Thorns is kind of popular,i destroyed 4 in my last Cup,it was fun seeing them realize it doesnt affect me the ability shut down almost nothing 😂
My top 2 to play are roaring moon and lugia for sure. Lugia might not be as strong with all those turbo decks around but lugia is my all time favorite pokemon and my first pokemon deck so i want to see how far i can go with it until the next rotation
My top 2 decks are TWM Greninja ex and Quaquaval ex. They are far from being the best decks but Greninja is my fav pokemon and just really like water type pokemon.
Im using regidrago and charizard, however i was able to climb up the latter to 845 quickly with roaring moon ex on ptcgl(irrelevant). Im playing 2 baby moon 3 moon ex and im pairing it with legacy energy. It works so good for me. I do want to try adding darkrai vstar. And remove legacy and add prime catcher.
I think bird control or lax should be in top 10 if not both. Many people just don't play the decks especially bird control. Icaterpie got top 32 at worlds and I believe has got top 64 or better at every big event he's played the deck in the last year.
I’m playing dialga vstar still even if it isn’t on the list and united wings with Radiant Eevee. Getting so many searches with the multiple types of united wings mons is good and none of the other radiants seem to fit my deck.
The penalty Ian was issued was so dumb was it deserved: yes but match loss in top 8 when the slip was signed and the post match interview happened. Jesse Parker and Seinosuke were robbed
Yo united wings vs regidraga is actually a easy matchup I'm try out a united wings build where I play kirlia and dartriw with hyper aroma idk if it's any better then the secret box though

Regidrago VSTAR is that heat!

Regidrago is way to expensive for me so I just stuck with normal dragapult ex cause it also has a very good draw engine with Drakolak and xatu

I really like miraidon, but Regidrago definitely showed that its the bdif, 25% of decks but 50% of top 8.

Cause you typically play Irida and grab Baxcalibur + rare candy so you skip the middle evolution
