I love how you let the place and atmosphere speak for itself, it makes us feel like we're there with you. It's refreshing to watch, because its not as loud and obnoxious as other traveler's videos. And it feels to watch in quarantine :3
if u look closely the lady in strawberry mochi stand, she actually took one of her gloves off to accept coins from tabi and put it back on to continue for mochi making business
@@cyxziee1823 so the gloves are only used for touching food, nothing else. It's more like common hygiene practice yet so many ppl failed to do so, they use the same pair of gloves to touch everything: food, coins/cash, etc
I discovered your channel few days ago, the day you uploaded the dehydrated onigiri. Then I'm still watching your videos, I really enjoy that your videos show everything in detail. Please take care and stay safe!
I love your videos. You go slow enough that I don't get nauseated and I can really see the products and food so well. Thank you. My son and I would love to see close ups of Japanese candy, chips and drinks.
I’ve gained 5lbs just looking this video!!! 😂😂😂 And LOTS of Chinese people. I definitely heard Cantonese near the beginning of the video and I think Mandarin close to half way after the takoyaki stand...
I see youre a man of good taste. Crab is always amazing. And seeing two big claws sticking out of some miso broth has made me that much more hungry for it. I think your videos would make for a good VR experience. You get to take in the atmosphere without any interruptions and its a good guide for the day i eventually take a vacation to japan.
I wish I were there Shinichi-san😂! I am a local Osakan CZcamsr, a big fan of TabiEats! I just celebrate 1,000 subscribers in Kuromon Ichiba🥳 Please let me know if you come visit Osaka again, I’d love to show you my favorite restaurants in Osaka😆😆😆!

Visual treat! I've been obsessed with eels (unagi/anago) recently and have been looking for them in my country. And there you have it sold as street food! Crab legs too! If I can only teleport
You're so cute... in most if your videos when you receive the food, you always walk away from vendor and go off somewhere and stare at the food then eat it and nothing is ever bad... it's always soooooo good!! I love that.. and thank you for your videos :)
Thanks Shinichi, beautiful markets&feels natural viewing I met a U.S guy who was a missionary in Japan 50 years ago when real cheese started being a thing. He doesn't want to go back as he wants to remember traditional Japan, markets are a great way to experience a culture,Thanks
Yeah, there's this takeout Tempura shop, all kinds - ebi, pumpkin, eggplant, carrots, small fishes, etc. I remember we only walked a little to buy at a Family Mart to buy water to drink after eating. I'd like to go back too when it's safe to travel.
Such an exciting and fun visit! What a visually clean and stimulating place. Ramen was my favorite. I loved the concept of restaurant. And everyone is SO kind and polite. I’m in service industry in US, I’m hardworking, kind, polite. But they are awesome.
Ive been to Tsukiji market in Tokyo and Nishiki market in Kyoto in 2019 but never made it to Kuromon market ... i will definitely go there next time! Love it there - any place with authentic food!!
What an amazing market, what an amazing video! If I ever visit Osaka, I wanna spend a whole day there! Thanks for letting me live my dream through you. Love u guys 💕
Hi Shinichi! Seeing your video made me want to go visit Kuromon market when I visit next month. Thank you so much for this lovely tour inside! I really want to try the strawberry daifuku.
Loved this video, thank you for taking us around the food market. Please, please, please make some more, to see all the wonderful variety of food and the colours for me is amazing, THANKYOU.
I love this video and it interesting. Because it reminds me of our swapmeets we have on the weekends. So many people pushing suit cases. Was there a hotel nearby? Yes! I love living vicariously through you video's. Hahaha I visit japan without leaving my home and I love it! Have a great day! Looking forward to the next visit of your video's and just keep them coming! Thank you!!
great video. i really enjoyed it. always i go for a walk in kuromon market, it makes me really happy. lively and nostalgic atmospheres makes me fun & relaxing.
I have to admit even though I really liked this video and it was cool checking so many of shops/vendors , I much prefer when they try the food and tell us what they think of it. I so wanted them to try out that Maki burgers! They looked pretty interesting and very unique, and also super tasty!
So many good food. I enjoyed the stroll. You ate and drank the item I would have order too. Fresh soy milk and strawberry mochi. 😋 yes please more food
I can see why it was hard to find the tempura shop! The place is huge and so many people!! Yes, please, would love to see more - oh, and another bike ride too 😊
First off let me say that the markets are definitely the way to go if your looking for some awesome things!! So many vendor's there and the food is scrumptious!! This market is 1 of the best I've ever seen in Japan!! You got some great footage and some amazing views!! I would ❤ to see your next video on markets in Japan!! Keep making good videos and I'll keep watching!! :)🇺🇸👏🇺🇸
What a fun walk, brother! Soooo crowded there! I would love to see you enjoy the crab legs, the Hokkaido grilled scallops, the expensive yaki imo-my gosh, almost $6.00-crazy! The onigiri burger looked fresh too! Oh, and the Kobe beef stick, the next time you visit. I couldn’t believe the price of the fugu. I ate it only one time, at a ryokan, many years ago. I don’t even remember what it tasted like. ☺️ Thank you for sharing! I loved the tofu shop, and the little ojiichan in the back. Now that I’ve had a taste of yuba-in our Osechi box from 1 January, I cannot wait to have it again, next year. Everything at that shop looked so fresh, and the soy milk! YUM!! I know it was hard work to navigate around so many tourists, so thank you for doing this for us! ❤️
Japanese street food is very expensive compared to my country Malaysia.. Just a few pieces of watermelon worth 500 yen .. For 500 yen I can get 3 watermelons in my country.. Fresh fruit juice in my country is sold for only 51 yen for 1 each large cup while in Japan it sells for 500 yen for 1 each cup.. 1 bottle of soy milk homemade in my country (malaysia) costs only 51 yen compared to Japan 1 bottle costs up to 200 yen.. Now, I understand why Japanese people and korean people like to come and make vlogs about street food in malaysia.. Every traveler, Please come travel/visit to malaysia when the situation recovers from the covic pandemic..
I like watching these videos bc of the peaceful and quiet vibe but also bc I just recently learned how to read hiragana and it's always a cool feeling when I not only can read something in the video but understand it as well 😊😊 2:07 I read yakimochi and put together that its octopus mochi
Yes please go back & eat Kobe beef & cran & scallops! Also hope you find the tempura shop! My grandfather use to clean the blowfish & my mom would make delicious soup for my uncles! They all came to eat the soup! I did too! My mom would never eat it! 🤣 😋💜

Absolutely agree. Having nowhere to go due to covid, this almost takes me there... 1st person view. I needed this.
I like the minimal or zero narrative.
