- In this conversation with @engineeringlead, we discuss opinions on whether it's best to start one's tech career at a well-known company such as Google, Amazon, or Facebook, or at a local startup. We agree that both experiences are valuable but in different ways. At startups, the fast-paced work environment, lack of rigorous processes, and gain of holistic knowledge can lead to a steep learning curve. On the other hand, working at a big tech company offers a more structured approach with defined roles, giving an individual a chance to learn from established procedures and protocols. One points out that an early career spent in startups can provide varied experience and exposure, sometimes handling multiple roles - such as a project manager, scrum master, or hiring manager - boosting one's skill set for future opportunities.

even the prep required to crack interviews in FAANG vs Startup differs, if you both have experienced cracking both kinds of interviews, how about having a detailed video on that?
Great idea
