For all the people asking who this guy is.
He is not Add from elsword. His name is Accelerator and he is from the anime a certain magical index (toaru majutsu no index in japanese).
And no, its not Accelerator that looks like Add its Add that looks like Accelerator. There is even some talks about Add being based on Accelerator but I can't confirm that.
the anime with Accelerator came out in 2008 whereas Add was introduced around 2013-2014.
How many times did he get hit by imagine breaker in his fight against Touma? wasn't it like 5-6 times? give or take?

Now if he actually idk blocked or deflected things a little more tactfully.
Plus accelerator is super smart. Not just any smoe can use his power the way he does.
Prime example is when he used the sand in the air to make a plasma storm.
Or when he fights that angle wing asshole. Accelerator single handedly fought him and reduced collateral damage.
Not to mention calculating exactly when to stop. A bullet in his head...

I heard they had the same voice actor in the KR version, but I've yet to find conclusive evidence of one being solely based off of the other. I mean let's face it, every time someone see's a character in anime that looks like another, it's "OMG they were so totally based off of this guy. 100% proven right now. This is a fact." But, if someone could send me a link proving this it'd be a decent little fun fact. Otherwise, I'll probably just lump that in with the people who said that Raven was based off of Kirito, and that Elsword was based off of Kenshin Himura.
